“Doug and the Crew at The Fields of BlackBerry Cove know their stuff! They went above and beyond to ensure a smooth day of event. They have it all! Tables, Linens, China. The catering is top Tier. Our guests were raving over the food quality and variety! They are very accommodating to dietary restrictions as well! Even the vegan folk left with full happy bellies. Definitely let them cater your event! They even have a variety of ceremony locations on the property. We were married at the overlook and the mountain back drop made our ceremony so magical. “We had our wedding here, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the experience. Lesley, the owner, is so kind and thoughtful. When a last-minute hiccup happened with our welcome wall, she hand-painted it herself — just to make sure everything was perfect for our big day. We are so grateful! She was there the whole time checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. Our family stayed in the cutest, coziest cabins — everyone loved them! Throughout the weekend, the staff were so helpful and attentive. The staff members and Lesley picked us up in golf carts and drove us wherever we needed to go, which made everything feel effortless. The vineyard itself is breathtaking — it was the perfect backdrop for our wedding, and our guests are still talking about how beautiful it all was. It was everything we hoped for and more.”

“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Corrine and the Curations team as a pastry chef, and what stands out to me is how personally Corrine is involved in the events she creates. She pays attention to the little details that can easily get overlooked, and she’s thoughtful about how all of the different elements of an event come together. From my perspective as a vendor, Corrine is also great at communication and coordination. When I’m providing desserts, I appreciate knowing that she has thought through where and when they’ll be served, how they’ll be presented, and how that fits into the overall flow of the event. It makes collaborating with her easy and allows me to focus on doing my part well. I’ve really enjoyed being part of the events she creates. Corrine genuinely cares about the couples she works with, and that comes through in the way she approaches every detail. I’m always happy when I get the opportunity to work with Curations.”

“This place is pure magic. It’s not just a stunning wedding venue, it’s a gorgeous weekend getaway in the mountains with 20 of your loved ones. A few weeks later and we’re still swooning over our wedding at Laurel Falls! We got married at the end of September and it was absolutely beautiful. We loved being able to spend Thursday-Sunday on site with our closest people, which gave us the chance to really slow the weekend down and savor every moment. We’re an out-of-town couple but we fell in love with Laurel Falls immediately when we saw it online. Kristen, the events director, and Jordan, the owner, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Jordan gave us a virtual tour of the venue and shared the site’s special history with us throughout. When we were in town, he also took the time to give us an in-person tour! Kristen is ON IT — she quickly responds to emails, helps navigate any challenges, and is just an all-around rockstar. The love and care the LF team has put into the property is obvious — from the Helene renovations to the thoughtfully stocked accommodations to the prompt communication — they are a dream to work with! We cannot recommend this venue enough!! We’re already planning our 10-year anniversary celebration here!”

“If you're looking for a breathtaking wedding venue with minimal decision-making, Haiku is for you. My partner and I didn't want a wedding venue that felt too "stuffy" – we wanted to be surrounded by greenery, we wanted the wedding to feel intimate, and we wanted to work with good, kindhearted people. Haiku is all of those things! After our venue tour, I knew Haiku was where we wanted to get married. The space is such a unique and beautiful gem in Asheville, and they make the wedding planning process as easy as possible! Because the space is already so lovely, we barely had to get any additional decor to make it look beautiful. And the people who work at Haiku are amazing! Jennifer was awesome during our venue tour, and she is a visionary when it comes to bringing a wedding to life! The day before the wedding, we had a set of drapes missing from the arbor decor we brought, but the Haiku team took full creative control and the end result was beautiful! Our day-of-coordinator, Kisha, was also amazing! She was responsive, positive, and our BIGGEST hype woman. There was no problem too big or too small for her to handle. Her main priority was making sure we had an amazing, stress-free wedding day – and we did because of her & the rest of the Haiku team!”

“Robin & the team at Hi-Wire were such an incredible asset to our wedding weekend. They hosted our "Rehearsal Dinner/Welcome Party" which was a trivia night that we hosted. The bartenders went above and beyond with the slideshow clicking duty while working the bar! They had all required electornic capabilities for our set up. We had some delay with the projector, but it was promptly fixed during the meet and greet portion of our night. The venue is spacious with plenty of room for our 70 guests. The photobooth was such a fun additional! The bar had plenty of options, including options other than Hi-Wire beers. The bathrooms were clean with plenty of space. We were able to snag some photos over in the tasting room/cannery and those turned out to be some of my absolute favorite from the weekend. The bright colors of all the cans made for such a fun backdrop. We absolutely loved working with everyone at the Event Space!”

They were incredibly detail oriented and helpful every step of the way. Alexandra provided so much to make our experience as memorable and easy as possible. We ended up picking vendors from the list they provided and it did not disappoint. Not only is the venue itself gorgeous - but the people that work there truly make this place special. If we had to get married again I would do it exactly the same. The food was absolutely incredible - hands down the best dining we've had a wedding. We were able to suggest ideas for dishes and fine tune every little detail - even the presentation! I could write an entire manifesto about this place and how grateful we are to have found it. Their team executed my vision to a tee and helped save me money along the way with their professional tips and tricks. They provided a lot - more than most wedding venues do. We were able to use all of there tables, chairs, table numbers, floating candle votives, and more. If you are looking to get married in the Asheville area you HAVE to check this place out. Why you'll love this venue

  • Accommodates more than 200 guests

Venue considerations

  • No on-site guest accommodations
  • Not for you if you don't want a rustic vibe
  • Large venue, not ideal for small guest lists
“Where to begin. I will start off saying the most important – venue owners Amy and Shane Clark are truly some of the kindest people you will meet. The Venue at Rose Springs Farm was only the second venue my fiance (now husband) and I toured, but after meeting them and seeing the stunning venue I instantly knew we HAD to book it. I could just tell from that first encounter the passion, love, and joy they had for creating amazing wedding days. I went from feeling completely stressed about the task of planning a wedding to feeling like, “if I have the Clarks by my side I can totally do this.” So almost immediately we booked our date for about a year out and we also booked Amy to be our day-of-coordinator. Other than saying “yes” when Greg asked me to marry him, this was the best decision I made! Amy truly went above and beyond as a day-of-coordinator for us, and we are forever grateful. From many, many phone calls with me, either talking me out of a panic over the timeline or just brainstorming “what if” scenarios, to meetings in person where she helped me and my mom pick out the perfect décor from the HUGE stock of included items and helped me plan how the day would go. (Seriously, the décor closet is the place dreams are made of.) One of the many things I hold close to my heart and will remember forever was when I asked Amy and Shane how Greg and I could have a traditional Jewish wedding chuppah to get married under. Should I buy something? Should my dad try and build something? I showed them photos of a chuppah and I was met with “Oh! We can totally figure that out for you – we got you.” And they really did. Shane was able to construct two of the wedding arches they had together and Amy used her magic skills to make it beautiful with fabric and flowers. This is a perfect example of how the Clarks are, this is how they responded to anything at all during the planning process – with a kind and loving “we got you.” And Greg and I truly felt that. When it came to the wedding day we had no doubt in our mind the day would flow smoothly, and it did. If there was a hiccup – we didn't know about it! Amy did her day-of-coordinator duties beautifully and Shane kept the entire venue and staff running smoothly. Still to this day we do not know how he and his team manage to set up and take down chairs and move tables around so stealthy and quickly! Little things about that day that stood out in my mind that any couple thinking of booking Rose Springs Farm should know – the beautiful and spacious bridal suite had the sweetest mimosa bar set up for me and my bridesmaids. Lining up for the processional went so smoothly I didn't even realize it was happening until I heard my entrance song being played – that is how non-stressed they made me feel. The (included!) tealights were all lit on the tables when we walked into the reception space, and it was so twinkly and magical. Greg and I got a picnic basket at the end of the evening with food from our buffet and dessert in it. This made me tear up it was so sweet and made us able to have a cozy evening in the next night and relive the whole day over a meal we didn't have to worry about! When it comes to weddings, Amy and Shane REALLY, TRULY know what they are doing. I will recommend this venue to anyone I know who is getting married. I am so happy they are a part of our story and helped to get our “forever” off to a wonderful start. THANK YOU!”

“Something Blue Mountain Venue was our first and only choice for our wedding venue. The views are breathtaking and it is like nature herself decided to give the perfect frame for every photo. The owner Lisa is wonderful and really makes it incredibly easy to show up and enjoy! She gave the best recommendations for vendors. Recent renovations even made a fully enclosed bar area perfect for sipping and staying warm in the winter. We had 35 people and it was the perfect size even though 35 was the maximum number of guests. Overall, not a chance in a million years I would prefer any other venue. Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend. Thanks Lisa!”

“My husband and I just got married at Laurel Ridge last weekend and I could not possibly do their team justice in one review, but I will try my best. Holly and Ariel were absolutely wonderful to work with from our first walkthrough. They are kind, communicative, and incredibly helpful. Every part of the wedding planning process was so easy with this team. The food was absolutely incredible, bar staff and servers were incredibly kind, and Holly and Ariel worked with our vendors to ensure that our day was perfect - and it truly was. If you are looking for a venue that will take your breath away, do yourself a favor and set up a walkthrough here. The views are beautiful and each reception space is ideal. We had our ceremony at the arbor and our reception at the pavilion, but if we had to move inside for the rain, I would have still been thrilled. So many of our guests had stated that they looked at pictures of the venue before attending and were still awestruck when they stepped onto the property. We could not possibly be more grateful for Laurel Ridge Country Club and its team for giving us the most wonderful wedding day.”
