Located in Callicoon, New York, The Barn on Hubbard is a rustic and charming wedding venue. This fully restored 19th-century barn is ideal for couples who want a vintage wedding with all the modern amenities required for remarkable celebrations. The barn was originally built in the 1800s by the Gabel family from Germany. Dairy farmers by trade, this barn was the family's home and livelihood for many generations. Seminary Hill is an all-season flexible space that offers a distinctive venue to host your weekend wedding. Located 2 ½ hours northwest of NYC, our holistic apple and pear orchard and working cidery provide breathtaking views of the Catskills and the Delaware River Valley. We offer both indoor and outdoor settings. You may stage your ceremony on a high ridge overlooking the Delaware River or nestled among the apple and pear trees. You may serve lunch or dinner in our award-winning Tasting Room or our elegant Wedding Tent. Our Executive Chef, Edwyn Ferrari, has created seasonal catering menus that pair perfectly with our ciders. Included in the wedding package is a 2-night stay in our Old Ross House. Additional lodging for 50 guests is available at the Boarding House and three of our other on-site homes. Seminary Hill’s warm professionalism makes this the ideal setting for your wedding!
