We worked with Marissa Sartory for our Napa Valley wedding in July 2024. She truly went above and beyond with the planning and coordinating of our wedding! We had multiple walkthroughs of the venue with different vendors and lots of outside requests for the day of and she was so open to different ideas and was always super helpful in getting answers back to us quickly! On the day, she executed a truly beautiful wedding! We had a small hiccup with our DJ *right before the reception* and Marissa had my back completely, making sure we stuck to our planned timeline and executed the vision we had. Everything went according to plan and we were right on time the whole day. Marissa was so attentive to making sure all the details were taken care of and constantly checked in with us to keep up with any changes we wanted to implement. She was an indispensable part of our wedding who made the day absolutely beautiful!

Isabel has a sound aesthetic for South Asian Weddings, and she understood our unique needs for the pre-wedding Mehendi and Haldi events, and the rituals and traditions for our big day! Communicating with all the vendors, the suggestions for apps, and making our design vision come alive! TYR was part of the family by the end of our wedding week, even our dog would agree!!

When you think of your wedding, all you can hope for is nothing will go wrong, and if it does, it will be small. When you hire Brooklyn from Brooklyn Rain brides, you can rest assured that your day will be utter perfection. throughout the wedding planning process, Brooklyn was always there for me to reach out to and ask questions and give her professional suggestions. She is beyond wise for her years and knows everything a bride could ask in hand already. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. My guests came to me after the ceremony and said it was the best ceremony they had ever seen and I couldnt agree more it had so much emotion, romance and pure magic sprinkled in and brooklyn was incredibly calm collected and well spoken capturing my husband and Is love story perfectly. I cannot recommend her services enough, not only can she officiate the most romantic ceremony ever She is also an incredible wedding coordinator and will make sure your wedding runs smoothly allowing you to have a stress free wedding day! I literally didn't have to handle a single thing on my wedding day because she was there to handle it all. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. She may be based in Ohio, however, my wedding was in Michigan-she has traveled all over the United States to work weddings and is so worth it, so feel free to inquire about out of state travel. Anyone who is engaged, I can't say it enough, you need a Brooklyn to help guide you in your wedding planning!

I cannot say thank you enough to Steph! She was absolutely amazing. She was so committed to learning what aspects of the wedding were most important to us and making sure they happened on the day of. For example, we were getting caught up in the dancing and were going to skip the cake cutting. She didn’t push, she just asked, “Are you sure? You told me that this was something that was important to you, so I just want to check”. And I’m so thankful she did that, because it’s one of my favorite wedding moments! She went absolutely above and beyond for us. I am currently in medical school and was so stressed leading up to the wedding, but Steph made me feel like it was possible. She was so organized and wrote out every detail we discussed. She went out of her way to suggest some vendors we were struggling to book last minute, and the list goes on. I cannot recommend Steph enough. She is wonderful and sweet and kind and I cannot believe I found her! We could not have done it without her.

Hailey provided so much support when we had to make a last minute switch to an indoor ceremony due to a hurricane, but she was able to pivot quickly and efficiently to make sure each part of the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception was set up in the best way possible while also making sure vendors, like our catering team, were comfortable in the new set-up. Hailey was great to work with the weeks leading up to the wedding and is just an overall friendly and genuine person who loves what she does. Firefly Events Colorado was absolutely amazing to work with for our wedding. From the very beginning, they were incredibly attentive to our needs and made sure every detail was taken care of. She gave me all of her recommendations for vendors and helped me narrow things down right away which was life saving because there are just too many vendors out there to go through alone. Knowing that she knew everyone she was recommending to us and had worked with them in the past gave me such ease and confidence. Now, my wedding day... OMG my wedding day. It was so relaxing. Stressed would not even be anywhere near how I felt. I showed up to the venue and Callie was there, biggest smile, handling all the things. She checked on me multiple times making sure I had everything I needed as well as my whole bridal party. The whole wedding ran so smoothly, everything was on time... I could go on and on. I have worked in nursing since I was 16 but my passion for event planning and organizing has always shined through. Living Moments, and especially Christyna, were an absolute joy to work with! I, unfortunately, thought that I could handle our wedding all on my lonesome! As the day got closer I realized that I couldn't make sure things were happening behind the scenes during the ceremony... or while I was having my hair and make up done. For a type A, DIY person, this brought a lot of anxiety. Who could I trust to bring about the vision I had in my head of our special day?!?? Well... Christyna took us on with barely 3 weeks until wedding day and everything was amazing!! It was exactly as I pictured it and I was able to actually enjoy myself. I'm beyond grateful to her and this amazing company!

My wife and I hired Mostly Becky to do planning and design for our wedding in Des Moines, Iowa.
