I book one wedding per MONTH. That allows me to give you the time and dedication that you deserve!

My standard wedding planning timeline looks a bit like this. 1. Initial consultation with you, your better half and one other guest to discuss your vision. 2. Design board presentation so you can see just how we're going to create the wedding of your dreams. 3. Mock-up of your rentals. This will be a table setup with your options of chair, napkin, plate, charger, etc. Seeing it in person makes all the difference. 4. 6 Weeks to the big day we'll tie up any loose ends together. 5. 2 Weeks to the big day we'll go through your timeline together.

I'm all you need! If there are additional setup/breakdown requirements, I will bring along some more muscle.

I've coordinated over a dozen weddings, ranging from 14 guests to 200 guests. The challenge of the venue where I was employed was that we were large enough to accommodate up to 3 weddings at once. I am comfortable juggling any needs and issues as they arise. Things will go wrong at any event, but my job is to make sure you never know!
