Truly Exceeded Expectations!!

I cannot recommend Ivory and Vine Events Co. enough! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. We hired Ariana for our jungle-themed baby shower, and every single detail was absolutely perfect! It truly exceeded every expectation we had! The planning began months in advance, and from the very beginning, communication was outstanding. Every idea and vision we had was listened to carefully and brought to life even better than we could have imagined. It was obvious how much thought, creativity, and time went into every aspect of the event. The attention to detail was simply incredible. Every decoration fit the jungle theme beautifully, from the adorable baby animals, animal prints, themed signs, and banners, to the stunning backdrop complete with a giant balloon arch and gorgeous tropical florals. Nothing felt overdone or tacky; every element was elegant, cohesive, and thoughtfully placed. The food and dessert displays were true works of art. The dessert table featured beautifully themed treats that were handmade and arranged so professionally. The refreshment table was equally impressive, featuring creative displays like a palm tree made from pineapples and an alligator sculpted from fruit. Even the drink station was perfectly themed with specialty punches and a “watering hole” that guests absolutely loved! One thing that especially stood out was how thoughtfully every guest was considered. Dietary restrictions were taken into account so everyone had delicious options to enjoy, which meant so much to us. There were also so many special touches that made the day unforgettable. A personalized kids’ activity station with custom coloring pages and goodie bags kept the little ones entertained, the most beautiful diaper cake I’ve ever seen served as both décor and a centerpiece, and everything from the diaper raffle to the games and prizes was organized seamlessly and kept guests engaged throughout the celebration. What impressed me most was the amount of time, care, and love that was poured into every detail. You could truly tell this wasn’t just another event; it was carefully designed to create an unforgettable experience. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful everything was and how much fun they had! I cannot say enough good things about Ariana with Ivory and Vine Events! She helped plan and execute our vow renewal at our home this past weekend, and she was absolutely AMAZING. Ariana is INCREDIBLY detailed, organized, professional, and truly thought of EVERYTHING. She took the vision I had in my head, helped bring it to life, and then executed it to a T. You can tell how much she genuinely cares about what she does and about making sure her clients’ events are everything they hoped for. She went above and beyond in every way. She put in so many hours, stayed as late as she needed to, and made sure every last detail came together. She created the most gorgeous canopy of lights in our backyard, added beautiful decorations to the chairs, lined the aisle with candles, created a stunning arch, and even made the CUTEST photo booth! There were so many little details that I never would have thought to put together myself, and those details ended up making such a huge difference. I could seriously go on and on because there were a thousand other big and little things that had to come together to make the night what it was—and Ariana handled ALL of it. Having her there also took so much stress off of me because I knew she was thinking about things I wasn't and making sure everything was taken care of. DO NOT HESITATE to hire her!! It is absolutely worth the money. You will not be let down. Ariana will make sure your event is well thought out, beautifully put together, and executed exactly the way it should be. More importantly, you'll actually be able to enjoy your event instead of stressing over every little detail. I am SO thankful we had her for such a special night! ❤️

Ivory and Vine Events did my husband's 80th birthday party and I can't recommend her enough. Ariana did a wonderful job helping me pick decor, kept everything on schedule and her website helped keep track of guests, budget and timelines for purchases to make sure we would have everything. Yesterday I attended a baby shower "created" by Ivory & Vine Events. I say "created" because it was so very creative. From the fun games and adorable decorations to the creative snacks which matched the theme, everything was perfect! So much thought was put into every detail!
