Mill Hall was built in 1873 and operated as a grain mill until the early 2000s. Following an extensive renovation, the Hall is now ready for use as an event venue. Fully heated and air conditioned, the building is entirely hardwood, with beautiful light and open design. It is perfect for an eclectic, warm event. The space features two full floors of entertaining space. Downstairs offers 2800 square feet of formal dining area with full bar, featuring four barn doors to the outside porch. Lake Lucy Event Venue offers 140 acres of land with an 80 acre private lake encompassed on the property. There are many well maintained walking trails, plenty of open space and beautiful scenery. There is an option to bring the bridal party on a hay wagon, which makes for some pretty cool pictures. Both the bridal party and the grooms party can opt to get ready in a beautiful log home; usually the bridal party gets ready in the fully finished walkout basement, and the grooms party on main floor. We are located within 5 miles of Wixom, which offers many hotel options. There is currently no structures in the wedding venue area, but have started construction on a pavilion for the 2024 season.
