Under the big skies of Wichita, Kansas, where I was born and raised, I bought my first DSLR camera in 2008 and was hooked for life. Then I landed a job with a national portrait studio and was suddenly getting paid to do what I loved. My love for the craft took me to several cities as a regional manager, and eventually landed me here in Cincinnati. Though I moved on from that job, Cincinnati sunk its claws into me for good. When we got married in 2007, our only regret is that we didn’t hire a wedding photographer. We had a few friends bring their cameras and thought that would be good enough.
