Spanning over 200 acres Southwick's Zoo is New England's largest zoological experience. Discover the perfect backdrop for your special day, surrounded by picturesque Nestled in the secluded countryside of Holden, Massachusetts. Stonehouse is over 125 years old, built in the late 1800’s. It was originally built as a stucco home, in what was an area of parceled farms. Over time, the house was expanded and was eventually converted into a stone estate. The house fell into disrepair and in 1994, came into our guardianship. We have been working ever since to return it to its former glory. Stonehouse, with its arched windows, and open porches, would serve as a picturesque backdrop for any function. The country estate sits on ten acres above the Holden Reservoirs, surrounded by a forest filled with old beech and birch trees. Stonehouse offers a serene event space surrounded by nature.
