There are also Cabins and Lodge Rooms available for rent for an event or for a weekend getaway, and we will be able to sleep up to 84 on t he property by the Spring of 2026. While here, guests can enjoy beautiful views of Hanging Rock and Pilot Mountain, miles of hiking trails, a pond, a large creek, and plenty of wildlife and nature. Spring House is a beautifully restored 1920s mansion, and we do feel it lends itself well to romantic celebrations. Rather than having set packages, we do prefer to work closely with our clients to tailor the event to fit their vision for the day. Spring House can be utilized in a variety of different ways, and we have hosted very intimate receptions for 12 guests, to weddings for 250. We host beautiful ceremonies on our outdoor terrace in every season.

Reservations include private use of all grounds and facilities - we only host one wedding at a time. May, June, September, October and December are considered on-peak. Friday and Saturday are considered on-peak. Rates vary from $3100 for an outdoor garden wedding and reception to $7900 for a full weekend of services including overnight. The Farmhouse at Rosa Lee Manor is a recently restored house which is rustic and suitable for 2-4 guests overnight. It's a wooded setting ideal for very small elopement ceremonies.
