Seven ponds was an absolute dream for our wedding. The location itself is breathtaking and gorgeous. To The mountains, the ponds, the farm animals to the tasteful decorations, us and our guests were blown away by the beauty of this venue. Beyond being beautiful, the team at seven ponds farm were incredible. The team is really there for you the whole weekend and to help ensure your wedding is a success. We had several older guests in need of help, and they were driven by a golf cart around the venue which was extremely helpful. The food and drinks were amazing, our guests are still raving about the food. And Maria, was amazing. Our wedding was amazing, and our vision came true, and we couldn’t have done it without the support and help from the team here at seven ponds. We highly recommend this venue and are so thankful to the team there.

Where to even begin! The farm road estate team was phenomenal!! Leading up to the wedding Taylor addressed our every question and was extremely detail oriented. She helped share best practices from other weddings on site but was always supportive when we had our own unique vision. Everyone who worked at Farm Road was friendly and helpful to our guests. They were also ready to shift as unexpected things popped up (like a sudden downpour) and this helped us to relax and fully enjoy the weekend. Our guests LOVED Farm Road Estate too. They raved about the beautiful and cozy rooms, the wood beams and architecture through the Great Room, the delicious food at every meal, and the lovely grounds. We were really happy to have picked a venue where our guests could stay onsite so people had more quality time together. We would definitely recommend Farm Road to any couple looking for a special wedding weekend in Vermont!

Mount Snow has been a special place for our families and for us as a couple for many years, and to be able to tie the knot there was absolutely magical. We had our guests stay at the Grand Summit and shuttled them over to Carinthia for the ceremony and reception, and Harriman’s restaurant back at the hotel was an epic spot for our amazing afterparty and farewell brunch. Communicating with Vail Resorts was sometimes difficult and not always helpful, and this is a testament to how special a small-town Vermont ski resort is. Once we got a hold of someone from the mountain (that is, non-Vail), all of our questions were answered, from lodging for guests to F&B questions. On the day of the wedding, everything went amazing. People loved the food and the service all weekend long and could not stop raving about the FUN. We were able to have all that FUN because of Mount Snow’s amazing team doing all the behind the scenes work and making it all go smoothly. Even getting us and our wedding party up the Bluebird Express in dresses and high heels! Overall, this day was magical, and we are so fortunate Mount Snow got to be our private playground for an entire weekend. Special shoutout to Brian U of the F&B Team and the front desk gals at the Grand Summit. Y’all are amazing!!! Lots of love! We 3 Snow!

I cannot speak highly enough about our experience hosting our wedding at The Curtis House by Gloriosa & Co. My husband and I got married a couple of weeks ago (September 2024) and our wedding was truly one the happiest, best days of our lives thanks to the love and personalization that Gloria and Emma put into planning and executing our day. We were drawn to so many things about the venue, including the charming setting of Ashfield, the rustic but modernized aesthetic of the barn, the beautiful gardens and greenhouse, and the house being an available space to get ready. We were also drawn to the convenience and uniqueness of being able to provide our floral arrangements from Gloria’s greenhouse and gardens on-site, and having all of the food and beverages taken care of through the venue’s catering and bar team. But what made us decide to book this venue for our special day was the attention that Gloria and Emma give each couple. This venue is not your typical wedding factory that puts on weddings multiple times a week, every week of the year; Gloria and Emma host between 12-15 weddings per year and consequently each couple they work with gets full access to the venue the weekend of their wedding and so much guidance during the planning process. We were able to cultivate a vegetarian menu consisting of so many of our favorite foods plus a number of signature dishes of the venue, such as a butternut squash galette that was a crowd favorite. Sustainability is also incredibly important to us as a couple, and Gloria and Emma are committed to sourcing only local, seasonal ingredients for the food and florals and minimizing waste, which meant so much to us. In terms of decor and furnishings, the venue has so much available for couples to use, such as tables, chairs, ceremony benches, several wedding arches to choose from, displays for food or guest favors, tableware, candles, string lights, and more. We did not have to rent or coordinate anything other than the few DIY projects we made, which Gloria and Emma effortlessly integrated into the set up for us. Being able to take care of practically everything through Gloria and Emma made planning so much simpler. On the wedding day, Gloria, Emma, and their team handled the venue set up in a few hours, which happened like a choreographed dance that required practically no work from us or our wedding parties other than providing input and approval along the way. Everything went extremely smoothly and we were able to be fully present. After our ceremony, my husband and I returned to the house, where Gloria had set up champagne and a spread of our hors d'oeuvres for us to enjoy over a few minutes of privacy, which is something she had recommended we do as we took in the moment together. Our guests have had nothing but positive things to say about our wedding and it was clear the day of how much fun everyone had. We have received so many compliments about how beautiful and authentic the venue was, how exquisite Gloria’s floral arrangements were, how delicious all of the food was (even the heavy meat-eaters loved the vegetarian menu), and how this will be a wedding they will always remember. Gloria made us feel like part of her family and we were so happy to be able to support her business. We truly could not have asked for a more memorable, personalized, loving, and beautiful wedding, and hope that many other couples have the pleasure of getting married at this special place.

We feel so lucky to have found the West Mountain Inn for our wedding. We first visited about a year before our wedding and immediately felt like it would be the perfect place for our special day. We were greeted by the resident golden retrievers, who followed us on our tour. If you’re a dog lover, you’ll be very happy with this venue! But really, it was Amie, Mary Beth and the rest of the staff who sold us. We immediately felt like they cared about making your day as perfect as possible for us, which was very welcome after touring other venues which felt like they wanted to squeeze every penny from us. After we decided on the venue, Amie was so willing to work with people like us who wanted to plan every detail possible. Amie answered all of my questions and sent additional information like floor plans so I could plan who was assigned to each room as soon as possible. Her communication over email was so incredible helpful! We absolutely loved that we could have so many guests staying at the inn and knew that would be perfect for our winter wedding. Next came our tasting, which was such a fun event. There are two tastings a year, both in March (though I think you could have a private tasting if you need). We loved being able to stay at the inn for a night and meet all of the other couples getting married here within the year. As our wedding was in February, we had to wait a long time between the tasting and trying the food again, and it absolutely didn’t disappoint! Chef Jeff did an amazing job with our welcome party, breakfast and lunch the day of the wedding, the absolutely amazing wedding dinner (and late night snacks), and brunch the next morning! We heard that most couples have a hard time eating during their weddings, but we cleaned our plates! Definitely try the butternut squash ravioli, it is incredible! We had our ceremony in the barn, then moved to the bar in the inn for cocktail hour, then dinner in the dining room, and dancing in the living room. They take out the big pieces of living room furniture and move some chairs to the side for dancing. A lot of my family was skeptical about that, but the inn knows what they’re doing!! The dance floor was plenty big for our party of 60 (and I’m sure it could have accommodate larger groups), and the chairs on the sides were a huge hit! It was incredible to be able to sit down for a minute and still feel like you’re a part of the party. I know a lot of our guests enjoyed that as well. We got ready in the Norman Rockwell suite, which worked out well since we had a small bridal party. We also loved getting to see all the rooms in the inn - every room is thought out so well and has little details that are so fun to find! We thought the inn was what made our wedding weekend so magical and cannot wait to visit again on anniversaries or other special occasions. My husband and I got married at Okemo in August 2025, and we couldn’t recommend it more! The resort is absolutely stunning—the grounds are beautifully maintained, the location is incredibly convenient, and the town of Ludlow is adorable. Since most of our guests were traveling from out of town, having everyone stay in one place for the entire weekend was priceless. Our guests loved the variety of activities at the resort, how easy it was to pop into town, and the many room options available at Jackson Gore Inn. What truly sealed the deal for us, though, was the wedding team at Okemo. Kim Vezina worked closely with my mom and me throughout the whole planning process. Our monthly and weekly Zoom calls with her kept us organized and completely at ease. On the wedding day, Kim was with me every step of the way—solving problems on the fly and making everything run smoothly. My husband and I also wanted our first look at the top of the mountain, and Kim handled every detail to make it happen. She is truly on your team! Redmond was also incredibly helpful the entire wedding weekend, always available for anything we needed through set up. The food and bar service were excellent—plated quickly, delicious, and the team was wonderful to work with as we chose our menu. Okemo is truly an underrated wedding venue. It’s a one-stop shop for an unforgettable experience—flexible, personable, and professional from start to finish. Could not recommend it more!

Founded in 1814, The West Boylston Company was a large textile manufacturer in West Boylston, MA. At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. Instead of abandoning the mill, the company dismantled it brick by brick and shipped it to its new home in Easthampton, where it was rebuilt on the banks of the Lower Mill Pond. Now, a century later, The Boylston Rooms retains the integrity of the 1814 original mill in every brick and beam. Our rental includes planners and decor at no added cost. I could not say enough good things about this venue. We're SO glad we decided to get married at The Boylston Rooms! The pictures show for themselves how beautiful the venue (and surrounding areas for photography) are, but the staff are what make this place extra special. From start to finish, everyone we worked with was nothing but professional. They were clear and timely communicators, helped troubleshoot things during the planning process, and came with loads of wedding wisdom that helped set us up for success on the big day. When the big day came, I also appreciated how often their staff checked in - even to make sure I was eating (it's the small things!) - and were ready to jump into support anywhere. A special shout out to Myles, who played a supporting role during our wedding portraits, helping me to keep my very long veil under control! A few other things I'll mention: - Their storage room filled with decor you can borrow is SO helpful. Less that you need to buy (and potentially waste post-wedding) and can even make decision-making easier when there are 1,000 versions of the same item online. - Their wedding suites are great to have available too. Obviously for getting ready, but it's also a nice reprieve if you need a quiet moment during the reception. - The Boylston Rooms only works with one caterer, Myer's Catering. Our guests are STILL raving about the food. (There's more flexibility with other vendors). - The Boylston Rooms also owns/is affiliated with The Wedding Day Trolley, which we used to transport our guests to/from the hotel. My partner and I also took some super fun photos inside of the trolley!

My husband and I just had many of our wedding events at the Blue Bear Inn including our Welcome Party, After Party, and post-wedding Brunch and we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience. The Blue Bear Inn is an unbelievably beautiful venue with its views down into the valley while set on a quiet, peaceful road. It is gorgeous and feels like home, somehow perfectly balancing feeling grand and intimate at the same time. The team at Blue Bear is also unmatched. They are the kindest people, who were truly invested in every step of the process with us. We had so many last minute changes and we could not have figured it all out with Carrie, who was so organized and patient both with us and all of our guests. At the Blue Bear, we got to know all of the staff and they were always making sure that we were happy and had everything that we needed and requested, whether it was Bob going around the entire property all day making sure all guests had what they needed or Bryan making sure I had enough light to walk through the yard after dark in my wedding heels or the staff dancing with us at night. The food they provided for the events was actually unbelievably, both in presentation and in taste. I was stunned by every course that kept coming out. The Blue Bear is a perfect venue for any and all wedding events and we couldn't recommend it more!!

This venue is STUNNING! We wanted a place that was beautiful enough on its own that we could save money on decor, and THIS WAS IT! Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were beautiful. And we loved that we had access to the patio and outdoor fireplace all night, many great spots for our guests to mingle during the reception while they watched the sunset. Our day-of coordinator was super helpful and professional, but we didn’t get to meet him until the day before the wedding. Up until that point we worked exclusively with the “Event Coordinator” sales associate, who was nice enough but not very communicative. I often had to follow up multiple times to get my questions answered, she rarely reached out first with information, or she’d think she sent me things she hadn’t yet. I know a “coordinator” is not the same as a “planner,” but my other vendors were surprised she wasn’t more hands on. The venue is totally worth it, but the person that gives you the tour will likely be the same person you work with throughout the planning process, so make sure you like their vibe!
