Zara was great from the very first day I reached out to the time I received my pictures. The quality of her work was amazing, even better than expected. Zara was not only a photographer, she was also asking if I needed any additional help. She was also keeping in touch up to the night before our special day to make sure everything was ready to go! Overall, I had an outstanding experience with her. Thank you so much for being part of our special day, Zara!

I took up photography at the ripe age of 11 with a Polaroid I borrowed from an aunt. It quickly became my sketchbook as I worked to capture stills of the world and people around me. Those images have continued to pay emotional dividends throughout my life, helping me better understand what I have now come to see through a new scope. They are grounding, melancholic, funny and beautiful. Some of my most cherished possessions.

Daniel was a pure joy to work with. Went above and beyond driving all over Santa Barbara for our wedding! We loved our photos and the experience with him so much. We hate having pictures taken and he made it feel so effortless. Look no further!!

Bedrosian Photo
Rating: 5.0 (37 reviews)
  • Editorial style
  • Starts at $1,500
  • Serves Marina del Rey, CA

I’m Peter, the guy behind Bedrosian Photo. I photograph weddings, people, parties, emotion, chaos, and all the weird little moments in between. I care way more about honesty than perfection — the nervous energy before a ceremony, your drunk uncle on the dance floor, your grandma crying quietly in the corner, or the split-second look your partner gives you when they think nobody’s watching. Those moments matter more than anything staged ever could.

Awarded Best of Zola
Peter was absolutely incredible! Our photos turned out beautiful and were delivered to us extremely quickly. He went above and beyond, saving the day on multiple occasions and making the entire experience stress-free. We loved his personality- he was a pleasure to work with and made everyone feel comfortable. Our wedding was in Santa Barbara, and Peter took the time to understand our vision and made sure to capture all the shots we wanted. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a talented, reliable, and personable photographer!

Laura Palladino Photography
Rating: 5.0 (4 reviews)
Marina Del Rey, CA
  • Photojournalistic style

As a wedding and lifestyle photographer, my work is emotive, romantic and timeless. It is centered on honest moments and natural connection. I value feeling over perfection, tradition without full tradition, and appreciate time that is intimate and intentional. It brings me joy to capture special moments with a focus on lived experience and connection with friends and family.

Laura was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding in Temecula! She came prepared with so many creative ideas for family, sibling, and couple photos, and made the entire process feel easy, natural, and fun. We tried a variety of poses, and she somehow captured every moment perfectly — nothing felt stiff or forced. Years later, my family and I still have her photos hanging all over our home, which says everything about their quality and emotional impact. I truly can’t recommend Laura enough for weddings or any special event — she’s incredibly talented and a joy to work with.

I’m Helen Rossy, an award-winning wedding photographer, capturing love stories with warmth and heart. My style is moody, soft, and film-inspired, creating timeless images that feel effortless and real. Whether it’s a destination elopement or an intimate gathering, I focus on emotions, fleeting glances, and quiet magic. My style isn’t about stiff poses—it’s about real emotions and unscripted love. I gently guide you so your connection shines naturally. Your wedding day is full of moments to hold onto forever. I hope your photos bring you right back to how it felt.

Planning a wedding from out of state was a little overwhelming, but Helen made everything feel so easy. She helped us find the perfect photo locations, recommended amazing vendors, and made sure everything flowed smoothly. It felt less like planning with a vendor and more like getting advice from a friend who truly cared. Our wedding day was exactly what we wanted—laid-back, full of fun, and so emotional in the best way. Helen captured it all perfectly. We are so grateful we had her there to document it!

Tyler Chase Photography
Rating: 5.0 (1 review)

I have been a storyteller my whole life. From throwing on crazy costumes to entertain my family to picking up a camera for the first time, I've always known storytelling was my passion! I am a wife to my rock, my goofy dance partner, my best friend. I am a mama to Parker and doggy mommy to Dunken who is constantly chasing both of them around yelling "YOU'RE SO CUTE LET ME SQUEEZE YOU!!"... true story.

When we were planning for our wedding almost a year ago, it was so important to find a photographer we loved and were able to completely trust. We immediately knew after our initial phone conversation with Tyler that we didn’t need to look any further. Tyler isn’t just a photographer...she does SO MUCH more. Our wedding venue ended up canceling on us midway through this year. I was devastated but Tyler was there every step of the way and ALWAYS accommodating. She answered texts and was always available...even if it was asking for advice on bridesmaids dress colors. We ended up deciding to elope with family in an intimate beach setting. Tyler helped pick a venue and led the entire step of the way. I never felt like I was just another bride to Tyler. My grandparents who weren’t able to attend got to relive the day through our photos which is something I’ll cherish forever. We look at our photos almost daily and stare at them in awe...nonetheless, Tyler gave us a sneak peek in about 24hrs!!! If you want someone you can trust and rely on and know someone who can take all you milestone photos moving further...look know further. Tyler is simply the best.

Beautiful Day Photography
Marina Del Rey, CA
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $8,500

As a photojournalist for the past 22 years, I knew straight out of graduating from Syracuse University with a BFA in Commercial Photojournalism that I was greatly affected by the subjects that I photographed. So it made sense that I gravitated towards photographing love, celebrations, and weddings instead of war and famine. I LOVE love and living life to the fullest and constantly seek beauty in the world. I see the world in Vibrant Color and my wedding photography business led me to destination weddings and traveling more and ultimately shooting for hotels, travel brands, and National Geographic around the world.

I'm here to witness your day with love and artistry, and preserve your memories in a way that’s honest, emotive, and true to you.

OMG—where do I even begin?! Mary is truly incredible. The sneak peek alone had us in tears (happy ones!). It was better than anything I could have imagined. She captured every emotion, every little detail, and the overall vibe of our wedding perfectly. My husband and I were absolutely glowing looking through them—we felt the joy from that day all over again. She used both film and digital photographer to capture the magic! Not only is she insanely talented behind the lens, but she’s also the sweetest human ever. It’s so clear how much love she puts into her work. She made us feel so comfortable, natural, and genuinely seen on our big day. If you’re thinking about booking her, do it now. I’m so grateful she was part of our day. Thank you, Mary!!

10/10 Nick and I had the pleasure of working with Lulan and Sarah on our wedding day. They were exactly on time and prepared. They were so attentive, patient, and responsive to us. Never intrusive or demanding. Their direction felt very easy and natural; it made the unnatural process of taking hundreds of photos feel so seamless and easy. I loved that they took advantage of the space and venue. They have such a fantastic eye for composition and scale - my favorites are the wide shots that capture the cityscape behind. Their photos feel so timeless but fitting for the venue. We could not be happier with the results. I could not recommend Lulan and his team more. They were responsive to all of my questions throughout the planning process. Thank you to Lulan and Sarah for capturing our special day and giving us so many memories to cherish!

Randall de Leon Photography

  • Serves Marina del Rey, CA

Photography has always been a lifelong passion of mine, I picked up my first camera as a gift from my dad when I was 14 years old. Never in a million years would I have thought that my lifelong hobby could eventually become my career. I focused on my future, working my way through college and grad school to achieve my license to practice, but a part of me realized that I wanted to pursue a career that allowed me to go on adventures and meet a lot of new people. So in 2019, I took that risk, changed my hours from full time to part time and put more focus on my photography. I booked my first gig later that year and have never looked back.

Randall did nothing but the best! He is amazing! He captured moments and directed very well as well. he always made sure to ask us our input or our vision and he’ll make it into a reality and more! I couldn’t have asked for a better photographer for my wedding.

LOVE by Sergirée
Rating: 5.0 (45 reviews)
·Ratings include Zola and Google reviews
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $1,500
  • Serves Marina del Rey, CA

My name is Sergio. My wife Desirée and I run LOVE by Sergirée together out of Los Angeles. I have been behind a camera for 15 years and weddings are where I do my best work. I shoot every wedding personally and edit every gallery myself, so what you see in our portfolio is exactly what you get. Desirée leads everything you cannot see, from the first email to the final album. Whether you are planning an intimate ceremony or a celebration with a full guest list, our approach is the same. Be present. Be honest. Let the moment unfold.

LOVE by Sergirée photographed our wedding this past June and we could not be happier. Sergio covered our whole day, from the ceremony at the Old Brown House to dinner at De La Nonna and the karaoke afterparty, and he even rode the party bus with us between stops. He also did an engagement session with us in Highland Park a few weeks beforehand, which was a blast and got us comfortable in front of the camera well ahead of the wedding. The compositions and editing are gorgeous, but what really got us is his eye for capturing moments, some we didn't even realize were happening. Having all those little interactions, expressions, and details to look back on means everything. Beyond the photos, it was just delightful having him there. Our friends at Dinner Table #1 definitely lucked out. We couldn't have imagined a better person to document such a beautiful day, and if you're looking for a wedding photographer in LA, book Sergio.

Aladdin Films Studio - For more than 20 years, we've been changing the Wedding Video industry, making every viewer watch and listen to our couples' love story, with their heart and soul. Leave it to us and make the 2nd best decision of your life, after choosing to marry your loved one, of course :)

Awarded Best of Zola
We recently received our photos and video package from Aladdin Films and we couldn't be happier with the results. Their documentary film was extraordinary—it let us relive our wedding day in a way that felt genuine and special. The team responded quickly to all our questions and kept everything professional from start to finish, which made the planning process smooth. Towards the end of the night, we realized we never signed our marriage license. When I asked Ali if they could stay for a few extra minutes to capture those moments, they agreed without hesitation. All our photos and videos came back on time and are truly beautiful. One thing we wish is that they had been a bit more assertive when organizing our family photos as we didn't end up with every shot/ family groupings requested on our list. We do have a larger family which can also lead towards more chaos as you can imagine. Of course part of this was a timing issue as all photos with bride and groom together needed to be done within cocktail hour as we did not do a first look. Overall, Aladdin Films delivered exactly what we needed to remember our special day and we were absolutely thrilled with our choice to work with them. I would definitely recommend Ali and the team going forward.

We are incredibly grateful Xenia was our engagement/wedding photographer and couldn't be happier with the results! The photos will speak to her technical talent; her professionalism and dedication to her craft are evident in every shot. It was so hard for me to only select 6 photos. What the images don't explicitly show is that Xenia was an absolute joy to work with. She is clear, transparent, and helpful in her communication. Her straightforward and friendly communication ensured we were always on the same page and felt supported throughout the process. While shooting, she is organized and efficient. We got every shot we hoped for and then some. Her enthusiasm and joy were infectious. She made these two awkward nerds feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. We cannot recommend Xenia enough! We will cherish the photos you took forever!

First off, Tom made us feel so comfortable and made a funny little joke right from the gate. He didn't give us even a second to feel weird. Hanna creates artful and storytelling images of your day using digital and film. Her photos are filled with vibrant colors, candid moments and touches of nostalgia. She mixes editorial and documentary styles to not only give you beautiful portraits and captured memories but artistic images to hang in your home. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in photography her approach is artistic, purposeful and technically skillful.

Awarded Best of Zola
Because I am an artistic person, I knew I wanted to have artistic wedding photos and needed to find an amazing photographer. I used Instagram to do my search, but it was difficult to pinpoint exactly what I was looking for. Eventually, I settled on the word “juxtaposition” and realized I needed to find a photographer who could provide a collection of beautiful photos with lots of variety: the fun drama of editorial and the perfectly unposed/tender warmth of documentary style, shooting on digital as well as lots of film, black&white and color images, capturing the big moments and all the little moments in between, lots of detail shots, cool drone shots, getting the classic wedding photos but also photos that feel creative and thought-provoking. I wanted our wedding album to be oozing with the type of photographs that are cherished for generations, and ones that become “iconic” images showing who my husband and I are at this time in our lives. You’d think finding one photographer to accomplish all of that would be impossible. But thankfully, Instagram led me to Hanna. We met with her over zoom and signed our contract the next day. Throughout every step working with Hanna, it was clear she has so much knowledge of photography and photographing specifically weddings through years of experience. She runs her business with so much professionalism and she goes above and beyond for her couples: She did a venue walk-through with me to see all my photo location ideas and give her recommendations so that way when the wedding day came we knew exactly what we were doing and where, she met with us over zoom and helped us put together a detailed photography timeline/plan for the wedding day, she had us create a list for family photos to not miss anything, she had us fill out an online questionnaire to understand exactly what we hope for/our priorities of what to be captured, and she welcomed me sharing my collection of inspo photos/Pinterest to get an even better feel for what I’m drawn to. Then for the wedding day she had an amazing team: her second shooter, Jake, and her assistant, Sarah. Both of them were wonderful as well! Hanna truly operates like a top-tier, luxury wedding photographer. I had high expectations after seeing so many amazing images of Hanna’s other weddings on her Instagram, and yet she still knocked our socks off. I’m an actor, so I’m used to taking thousands of headshots with the hope to get 3 winner images, and achieving that is considered a successful headshot session. So for the wedding, I kind of had that perspective where if we only walked away with 25 amazing images, I’d be happy. But Hanna and her team are so, so good that I ended up with the glorious problem of being obsessed with everything because it is ALL amazing. I thought I’d be someone who only does one Instagram post of their wedding - nope, I had too much to share and it was too hard to pick favorites. Receiving the compliments from family and friends never gets old. In conclusion, every couple deserves to have a photographer like Hanna capture their day, and we feel so lucky and grateful she captured ours. Just book her already!

My name is Zyaire Porter and I am the photographer of Porterhouse LA Weddings. Born & raised in Los Angeles, I have been capturing weddings professionally since 2013. I answer every email myself (no bots or assistants).

Awarded Best of Zola
Porterhouse LA did a fantastic job photographing our wedding. Zyaire was artistic, punctual, and precise. We received our photos very quickly after the wedding, and are absolutely in love with them. We’ll treasure these for the rest of our lives, and have had so much joy from sharing them with others. The comments we’ve received have all been about how beautiful the wedding looked, how good everyone looked, and how gorgeous the photos were overall, which is exactly what we were hoping for. Zyaire met with us over Zoom twice before the actual wedding, and took every one of our concerns and questions seriously. He had a good answer to everything, and it convinced us that we were dealing with a consummate professional. We also asked him to shoot our welcome party for guests, and he was able to oblige with that, as well. We first met him in person for the welcome party, and he was already there when we arrived, getting background shots of the venue. This was something we hadn’t even considered, but it was really valuable - having shots of the venue, and the venue for our wedding, helped put the other photos in context for people who weren’t able to attend, and gave us mementos of the locations themselves.

I’m Adam—a Boston native who’s now roaming around California photographing everything I see. When I’m not behind the camera you can usually find me in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes, sipping a dirty martini with friends, jamming to Taylor Swift in the car, or taking my rescue pup Ollie to the park or on long neighborhood walks. I got my first film camera when I was 8, and it was love at first sight. Capturing your story is more than just a job for me. From destination elopements to parties of the century, I've seen it all and love every minute of a wedding day.

My husband and I were beyond lucky to have Adam as our wedding photographer this past September. Not only did he give us the gift of the most beautiful photos I've ever seen, but he was also such a joy to be around. He makes you feel comfortable during the whole experience and even played me a Taylor Swift themed playlist during our engagement photos!! What more could I ask for!! I will forever recommend Adam to everyone I know. He's truly is the best out there!

What excites me most isn’t just photographing a wedding day, it’s delivering images you’ll come back to again and again. I focus on real connection, genuine emotion, and creating an experience that feels easy and comfortable from start to finish. Sometimes that means quietly observing the day as it unfolds, and other times gently guiding you when you needed. With nearly 20 years behind the camera, my goal is simple: to capture photographs that feel as meaningful years from now as they do the moment you see them. If you’re looking for someone who cares just as much about how your photos feel as how they look, I’d love to connect.

Working with Honeylume Photography was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Lee’s communication was always positive and timely. The quality of his work and overall value was top-notch - Lee clearly takes pride in his work. He was fully engaged throughout the process, making it a fun and comfortable experience for us. Honeylume went above and beyond to ensure we felt like the center of attention during our engagement shoot. Lee gave it his all to capture all the special moments. It truly felt less like a photographer working and more like us just having fun together. We are thrilled with the gorgeous photos that beautifully document the start of our next chapter.
