Hanna Walkowaik is a wedding photographer based in Los Angeles, California, frequenting Chicago & NYC, traveling all around the world to capture love. Hanna creates artful and storytelling images of your day using digital and film. Her photos are filled with vibrant colors, candid moments and touches of nostalgia. She mixes editorial and documentary styles to not only give you beautiful portraits and captured memories but artistic images to hang in your home. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in photography her approach is artistic, purposeful and technically skillful.

I shot my first wedding with my mom years ago and ever since I never looked back. I fell in love with the idea of being able to capture such raw and real emotions. After graduating from Columbia College Chicago with a BA in Photography, I have made it my mission to capture love in all forms and showcase the wedding of your dreams with raw and real emotions.

Hire Hanna now!
Hanna was a dream to work with. She made us feel so connected and comfortable , like we were just hanging out with a friend for an afternoon. She was also really creative with angles, poses, and ways to take advantage of the space, but she knew our comfort level and never pushed us past it. My fiancé and I were stunned when we received the photos. Every one of them was gorgeous. Hanna somehow made us feel like Vogue models and still ourselves at the same time!

From our very first introduction, she was incredibly thoughtful, organized, and helpful throughout the entire process. Every check-in, planning conversation, and little detail along the way showed how much she truly cares about her couples and making their day special. On our wedding day, Hanna was not only incredibly talented but also so much fun to be around. She made us feel completely comfortable and did an amazing job directing us, which allowed us to get the most beautiful, natural photos. It truly felt like we were spending the day with a friend who just happened to be capturing every moment perfectly. When we received our photos, we were completely blown away. Best Wedding Photographer!
10/10 Wedding/ Engagement Photographer We are beyond grateful for how beautifully Hannah captured every single moment of our day. From getting ready, to the ceremony, to those golden sunset shots — every photo feels full of life, emotion, and joy. Hannah has such an incredible gift for capturing the in-between moments that make the day feel so real and personal. She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and truly brought out our personalities. I’m in awe of her talent, her calm and organized presence, and her ability to make everything feel effortless. Looking through our gallery, I even got to see all the details I missed that day — like the food and cocktail hour I never got to experience in real time! Hanna is a Visionary
While looking for a photographer we wanted to find someone we felt comfortable with, yet pushed us out of our box for the shots we had saved on our mood board. Hanna did just that! After chatting with Hanna for only 15 minutes we knew she was the person who could document our love story through still images. When it came time for our engagement photos we were very indecisive on locations and vibes. Hanna was eager to jump on as many calls as needed to brainstorm ideas with us. We went back and forth for weeks planning and finally, when the day of our engagement photos came Hanna brought all of the good vibes and made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. She guided us and made sure every detail was perfect to give us the best outcome. We will treasure those photos and memories from that day forever. When our wedding day arrived she worked diligently to make sure we all stayed on schedule, and was constantly one step ahead of us to ensure we got all of our photos we requested on our shot list while still making the morning so much fun with her. Hanna and her team truly did not miss a beat the whole day. I cannot say enough incredible things about Hanna and our experience working with her.
