Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers
Rating: 4.8 (100 reviews)
  • Starts at $350
  • Serves Manchester, VT

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Awarded Best of Zola
I used flower moxie to do my florals for my wedding. Overall, I had a great experience. I completed a consult that helped me select the correct florals for my event, quantities, and recipes for my creations. The flowers were delayed by 1 day in delivery, and the delphinium were not able to be used. After sending a picture to flower moxie, they provided a full refund for that flower. The videos were helpful for the prep and my wedding party helped me build arrangements. It was a fun event for everyone to do together. I would highly recommend the consult!

The Faux Bouquets
Rating: 5.0 (43 reviews)
  • Starts at $175
  • Serves Manchester, VT

Believe it or not, we often have people ask if our pictures throughout our website are showing a mix of fresh and faux and…no they aren’t! Although fresh florals are pretty, we are totally in love with poser-blooms all the way here and that’s what we design 100% of our orders with.

Awarded Best of Zola
We were so delighted to use The Faux Bouquets for our wedding. We ended up having a family emergency that forced us to downsize the size and budget of the wedding just a few months before the wedding, and the team at TFB were so accommodating and helped us to find a solution that still allowed us to use their flowers in our (modified) ceremony. We were a bit concerned about the flowers getting smushed in shipping, but they arrived looking absolutely STUNNING and with plenty of time before the big day. Even my gardener of a grandma couldn't tell they weren't real flowers! We were so happy with how everything looked on the day, and in pictures they look just as lovely. Can't recommend The Faux Bouquets enough! There's no visual difference compared to real bouquets and they are much more affordable. The last big selling point that I would advise future brides, and I did not really consider this, is that because the flowers don't wilt, we could set the decor out the night before--which is a LIFESAVER to not have to worry about on the special day! Anything that will save you time and stress on the day of the wedding is a big win!

Everything I do is tailored to you, which means we get to tell your story through the florals you love — nothing ordinary. Through Fern & Fable, I’m always excited at the prospect of bringing people’s floral visions to life with creativity and warmth.

Sara did an incredible job preserving my wedding flowers! I originally went with another company, as I did not know about Sara’s work, and they could not provide me with the product. They sent my flowers back dried and brittle, I was devastated. Sara recovered everything and made me a gorgeous tray. It is so special to me and I will cherish it forever. She also made me candleholders and coasters with my flowers in “confetti” form. They are so fun! I will 100% recommend Sara’s work to everyone I know!

Emily and her team transformed our harsh, industrial wedding venue into the most romantic, dreamy space I've ever seen. She suspended fabric, built an incredible floral installation, hung vines, and created the most beautiful centerpieces, bud vases, and bouquets. Her eye for design and artistry is incredible, her flowers are stunning, her hardware is beautiful, and she is so kind, communicative, and easy to work with. I got a few other quotes before I went with Emily -- not only did her flowers end up looking far better than those vendors' flowers (based on pictures I'd seen), but her prices were better, too!

I've made it my mission to hunt these jokers down, wrangle them together, and to serve to you dead off the proverbial platter. Since then, Christina and Cindy have been flowering all over New England and upstate New York. We absolutely loved working with Christina! From our first call, I was so excited to work with her. She is so talented and gave us the autumn wedding florals of our dreams! She is incredibly patient, clever, and so much fun to work with. Christina was extremely open-minded to my very detailed vision board. She created the most stunning floral arrangements on our wedding day - Christina nailed everything behind my wildest expectations. One of our guests said “it’s like your entire Canva board has come to life!” Six months later, our guests are still raving about our gorgeous ceremony florals and magical head table. Christina is simply so talented and wonderful - I miss working with her so much!
