About Petal & Vine Florals

Caroline Younan

Founder + Lead Designer

Petal & Vine is a Boston-based luxury floral design house creating romantic, sculptural wedding florals throughout New England and beyond. From the bouquet you carry to the setting where you say “I do,” we design each element around your style, your story, and the atmosphere you want to create. Through expressive color, beautiful texture, and thoughtful details, we create a celebration that feels unmistakably yours. We’d love to hear what you’re dreaming of.

You work directly with founder and lead designer Caroline Younan, giving you a dedicated creative partner from the first inspiration to the final placement. We look beyond individual arrangements to thoughtfully connect your flowers with your venue, attire, and overall wedding design. We help you identify where flowers will make the greatest impact and can thoughtfully plan for repurposing where possible. Expect honest guidance, personal attention, and hands-on installation—so you can spend your wedding day enjoying what we’ve created together.

Petal & Vine wedding commissions begin at $2,500. Because every wedding is custom designed, final investment depends on the scale of your celebration, floral selections, installations, rentals, delivery, setup, and breakdown. We’ll help you thoughtfully allocate your floral investment toward the elements that will make the greatest impact.
Our consultation is a relaxed, collaborative conversation about your wedding, venue, personal style, priorities, and how you want the celebration to feel. Inspiration photos, color palettes, attire, floor plans, or Pinterest boards are always welcome, but you don’t need to arrive with everything figured out. Part of our role is helping you translate your ideas into a cohesive floral direction.
Always. We use inspiration to understand what you’re drawn to, but we don’t recreate another couple’s wedding. Your venue, attire, palette, season, personal style, and story all inform the design. Our goal is to create a floral environment that feels cohesive, intentional, and unmistakably yours.
Not at all. You don’t need to know a peony from a ranunculus—that’s our job. Bring us colors, textures, fashion, photographs, your venue, or simply describe how you want your wedding to feel. We’ll translate those ideas into a floral story that feels distinctly yours.
Yes. Once we understand your priorities, we can recommend where to invest, where to simplify, and where floral elements can potentially be repurposed. If your desired scope and budget don’t initially align, we’ll be transparent and help you explore thoughtful alternatives while protecting the overall design.
Often, yes! We love designing with thoughtful repurposing in mind. Depending on the design, venue, and timeline, ceremony florals may be relocated to your sweetheart table, reception entrance, bar, stage, or other focal areas. We’ll identify these opportunities during the design process so your flowers can continue making an impact throughout your celebration.
Our work extends beyond the flowers themselves. Depending on your celebration, Petal & Vine can provide personal flowers, ceremony florals, centerpieces, sweetheart table designs, statement installations, candles and styling elements, delivery, professional installation, floral repurposing, and post-event breakdown. We handle the floral details so you can be fully present on your wedding day.
We recommend reaching out 6–12 months before your wedding, especially for peak-season dates or celebrations involving larger installations. We may also accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability, so you’re always welcome to inquire.
Petal & Vine is based in Boston and designs weddings throughout Massachusetts, New England, and beyond. Destination celebrations are welcome. Travel, delivery, installation, and production logistics are quoted based on your wedding location and floral scope.
Unless otherwise designated as a rental, your floral arrangements are yours to enjoy! You’re welcome to take them home or invite your guests to enjoy them after the celebration. Petal & Vine returns to retrieve rental items such as pedestals, structures, vessels, candles, and other designated décor and to remove remaining floral material included within your contracted breakdown service.
