Impress your guests with delectable farm to table cuisine, creative craft cocktails, and carefully curated wines. Our beautiful event spaces can accommodate anything from intimate dinners of up to 18 people in our private dining room to large elaborate celebrations of up to 200 people.

The Cupola
The restaurant may be staged in many different configurations to best suit your special event.
The Cupola is our beautiful private dining room which seats up to 20 guests or a reception style event for up to 25 guests. The name comes from the cupola that adorns the top of the barn at the Farm at Woods Hill in Bath, NH. The room opens to a waterside private patio during the warmer months. It is outfitted with modern amenities including a 64" flat-screen TV, high speed internet, and custom furnishings

Outer Harbor Room & Cupola
Holding an event at this coveted location will impress your guests and guarantee for a spectacular gathering of friends, family, or colleagues.
Reserve both adjacent private rooms, the Cupola and the Outer Harbor Room, for larger events of up to 58 guests for a seated event or 75 guests for a cocktail reception. There are sliding doors between the two rooms that when kept open the two rooms become one elegant private event space.

The Harbor Room encompasses the entire main dining room with sweeping water views through floor-to-ceiling windows. The expansive space seats up to 100 guests for an elegant occasion. The space can also be transformed into an open layout with some furniture removed for a reception style gathering for as many as 120 guests

For extraordinary events, Woods Hill Pier 4 can be exclusively reserved, granting private access to the Harbor Room, the Cupola, the spacious lounge and bar area, complete with two garage doors that open in warm months, and the outdoor patio. The patio stretches along the bar and wraps around the restaurant's front, next to the Boston Harborwalk. This seasonal outdoor space is perfect for vibrant summer gatherings, where guests can savor the ocean breeze, fresh oysters, and rosé.

Exceeded Expectations
We hosted our daughter and son-in-law's post-wedding celebration at Woods Hill Pier 4 and could not have asked for a better experience. The staff were warmly professional and ran the entire event like clockwork. The food exceeded every expectation — our guests are still raving about the raw bar and the lobster popovers. The tablescapes were executed exactly as we envisioned, down to the last detail. When rain threatened our outdoor cocktail hour, the team pivoted seamlessly and still gave us a beautiful terrace setup less than an hour after the skies cleared. Truly a 10/10 experience from start to finish — we'd recommend Woods Hill Pier 4 to any couple looking for exceptional food, service, and a stunning waterfront setting.

Best party of our lives!
Woods Hill Pier 4 has long been one of our favorite places, but hosting our ceremony and reception here took our love for it to a whole new level. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful, the food was unbelievable (as always!), and the party atmosphere was exactly what we wanted. But what truly set the night apart was the incredible staff. By the end of the evening, they felt less like staff and more like friends and wedding guests partying alongside us. They made our night unforgettable. Special shout out to Emily who helped us plan the best night and was such a joy to work with all throughout the process. Other shout outs to Alex, Bridget, Kortnee, and Lisette, who among others made our night the best!

No notes! Amazing!
We had our wedding at Woods Hill Pier 4 last weekend and it was the most amazing experience. I wouldn’t change anything. Everything, from food & drinks, to the staff, logistics, and organization, was perfectly executed. I had being hoping our wedding felt like a really nice dinner party and that was exactly what WHP4 provided. From even the first time I reached out to inquire, the staff was attentive, organized, and generous. Working with the team to organize the menu and drinks was easy and fun. Many of our guests said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. I have celiac and the staff made sure we had lots of options to accommodate myself and other guests. We even had a gluten free wedding cake that was some of the best cake we’ve ever had. No one believed that it was GF. We had been hoping for our ceremony & cocktail hour to be outside but had to do it all inside due to the weather. The staff was able to ensure there was no bottle neck at the bar, caviar cart, or raw bar. Our guests didn’t even realize that we had been planning to do it outside. Everything was seamless. The whole night was incredibly magical. We are so grateful for everything that Emily, Courtney, and the team did for us.

Amazing Venue
We had our wedding at Woods Hill Pier 4 a few weeks ago. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. I will start with the event coordinator, Hilary. She was awesome! Seriously, if the owners are reading this, she deserves a raise! Months and months of emails and phones calls with Hilary going over every detail of our day with her. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything. So professional and prompt with responses and if she didn’t know the answer she would find out and get right back to us. Hilary made our planning easier and I can’t thank her enough. We planned on having our ceremony outside, however, the weather did not allow it. I was very nervous that the turn over from ceremony to reception was going to be a disaster. I was completely wrong. The staff had that restaurant turned over in the blink of an eye. We didn’t want a traditional wedding. We had a quick 15 minute ceremony and no sit down dinner at the reception. We wanted more of a big cocktail party with passed apps and a couple food stations. We wanted our guests to be dancing and mingling more and to be able to eat when they wanted to. The service was outstanding. No one had to wait for a drink and the passed apps made it around to everyone. The food was amazing! Our guests are still talking about it. The truffle gnocchi was a favorite, as well as the lobster popovers. We also had a raw bar which everyone loved too. We bought out the restaurant for the night, I believe 180 people was the max. Everything was perfect, I highly recommend having any event here. Between the staff, the food, and the location, you cannot go wrong.

Best Decision
We could not have asked for a better experience with Woods Hill! From the very beginning, the team was exceptionally communicative—every question, detail, and idea we had was met with quick, thoughtful responses. Hilary was absolutely amazing! Her responsiveness made the process smooth and stress-free. Everyone that helped with our day was so nice and accommodating, whether it was adjusting timelines, accommodating last‑minute changes (like taking photos in the restaurant because it was 10 degrees outside), or helping us personalize the space to match our vision. The team was organized and helpful. They made the type A bride in me feel at ease. Beyond the team at Woods Hill, the venue is gorgeous and the food is delicious. We were able to save money on decorations because the space spoke for itself and our guests are still raving about the food and drinks. If we were to do it all over again we would be back at Woods Hill! I can’t say enough great things!
