I got my makeup done for my wedding and booked on faith because I live out of state but came for a beach wedding. I am a prior makeup artist but I wanted to relax on my big day. I was beyond nervous to have someone else do my makeup because I know what I like. Izzy was amazing with communication and booking and got me in only a few weeks before my wedding after my makeup artist from a different company canceled on me. Ally did mine and 5 of my bridesmaids makeup and it was to die for. I got my makeup done at 7 in the morning and it still looked fresh at 10pm. Everyone complimented my makeup throughout the day and said I looked fresh out of a bridal magazine. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALLY! She constantly checked in to make sure I was loving my makeup and quickly made the only adjustment I wanted. Book here, you won’t be disappointed!

My daughter used MrsHerculesGlam for her wedding hair and makeup a few months ago and looked absolutely beautiful. All of her pictures came out so perfect- looking like a magazine photos. I was so glad that my daughter found MrsHerculesGlam and knew I'd be booking her again in the future! After seeing her work, I knew I wanted to book MrsHercules for my upcoming elopement. Even though I wasn't having a big wedding, as an older woman, I still wanted to feel beautiful with my hair and makeup done for our courthouse wedding vows, downtown Tampa photoshoot, and reception dinner with family. Everything turned out perfect! First of all she came with everything we needed from all the makeup and hair products, styling tools, lighting and even a cute styling chair! It was nice to not have to worry about anything at all. For my hair- I shared photos from Pinterest to show the vision I had for my wedding hair. I was given guidance as to what extensions I needed to obtain that specific look, even the correct color when there were so many options available. It matched my hair perfectly and know one would have ever known that I had hair extensions in. The style came out exactly the way I wanted. I looked exactly like the photo that I had loved so much. She incorporated the fancy clip that I had purchased, and the long curls lasted all night long. I even looked great after I removed the extensions and rode out an additional full day with the curls! I was so grateful that the look held. I had an hour long photo shoot in 90 degree sunny heat and was sweating like crazy. The hair didn't budge, fall or frizz. I got so many compliments! Everyone walking by was complimenting my look, telling me how beautiful I was. I even had cars honking as they drove by! Afterwards, I looked great walking into the reception dinner with my family. I did not EVER have to touch my hair or adjust it. For a Florida girl with long, thick, wavy natural hair- this is unheard of in the heat and humidity! MrsHercules worked a miracle on my hair. For my make-up- my face lasted all day and night too! I was sure that it had melted off in the sun during our photos, but when we were done I went to freshen up and nothing had changed. I was still 100% perfect. What a relief! I was so worried that I was going to walk into dinner like a hot mess and I had nothing to worry about at all- MrsHercules had me covered! I did touch up my lips, but that was just because we had a bunch of photos of us kissing. She even gave a little touch up kit that was perfect. It had a little makeup puff with some powder and a lip touch up. My girl knew exactly what I needed! I cannot thank the MrsHerculesGlam enough for making my day unforgettable. I am so happy when I look at the pictures and see not only how beautiful I looked but to remember how STRESS FREE the entire process was and the fact that I didn't have to worry about touching anything up or fixing anything was PRICELESS. They are also really affordable for what you get. We did the uplighting and the audio guest book and I’m so thankful we did. Hearing our guests was something special and the lights made the dance floor more fun to be on. These guys can read a room and make sure the dance floor is filled all night long. My husband and I got married in August 2025 and hired Ashley for Wedding Coordination services. We knew we could handle much of the prep work ourselves but wanted a coordinator to ensure the wedding day ran smoothly so we didn't have to stress or manage logistics ourselves. Our experience working with Ashley from start to finish was fantastic and we would highly recommend her to other couples getting married. Ashley and I had multiple planning calls in the months leading up to our wedding to review details and tasks that I needed to accomplish in order to stay on track. As we got closer to the wedding Ashley began taking on coordination tasks such as putting together the wedding day timeline and reaching out to all my other vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page. Throughout all these interactions she was on time, detail oriented, friendly, and followed up promptly with any action items (timeliness of email responses and follow up is a pain point I had with some other vendors throughout the wedding planning process, but not Ashley). When it came to the wedding weekend Ashley drove all the way to our venue location to run rehearsal and communicated frequent updates with me when she was running late due to traffic. Despite the delay we were still able to run the rehearsal quickly and get to our next event. On the wedding day itself Ashley kept all our vendors operating efficiently, set up our decor exactly as we asked, and jumped in to proactively manage a couple unforeseen bumps that occurred throughout the evening. At the end of the night she packed up everything and placed it in the bridal suite for us to pick up the next day. Although we didn't add content creation to our package, Ashley still took some video clips on her phone throughout the day and surprised us the next morning by texting them over -- it was such a thoughtful way for us to relive the day. We cannot sing her praises enough an encourage couples to hire Ashley for their wedding planning needs as she continues to grow her business.

Marykate was an AMAZING wedding planner / coordinator. She is extremely organized, super efficient, and a pleasure to work with. There wasn’t one thing that we needed that she couldn’t figure out a way to make it happen. She handled our day of coordination developing the timeline, keeping vendors accountable, and ensuring that the church and venue were perfect. She met with us several times via zoom and in-person to coordinate with the venue and other vendors. She stepped in and helped ease tensions on many occasions including with the venue that was challenging to work with. She was in charge of moving our wedding cake from the venue’s refrigerator, and decorating it with flowers (who knew the bakery, florists, and the hotel wouldn’t work together to get the delivered cake into the reception room and place the flowers on it)! She took it in stride and did a fabulous job! She helped us coordinate table decorations, cleaning up at the end of the night, transporting all of this stuff back up to our hotel room. Every item that you didn’t want to worry about on your wedding day, she handled and then some. Just a wonderful experience. Less than 15 minutes before the ceremony she was making sure we had snacks, fixing broken boutonnieres, and trimming bouquets. Truly a jack of all trades! Everything turned out flawless! The only thing I would suggest is to involve her earlier on in the process to reduce your wedding stress level. We only did for day of coordination and looking back, I wish we would have had her help with more. SHE IS FABULOUS and well worth her fee which was extremely reasonable! Snap her up and have a stress free wedding day!

Everything was perfect. Did not have to worry about anything, Stephanie and her staff was on it! She did all of the decor from tables, flowers, chairs, altar and lighting. Bottom to top- then tore it all down after a couple of days so my family could enjoy the rest of our stay with tables and lighting. 5 Stars- phenomenal staff and decor!

I had my wedding ceremony and reception at the Marriott Suites on Sand Key in May 2024. It was amazing. The facility coordinator was great to work with and having both in the same facility made planning easy. Having a smaller guest count made it somewhat difficult to find the right location and price balance with other hotels, but this Marriott was able to accommodate. Our guests loved the property. I would highly recommend this hotel for your wedding!

Rabbi Astrachan made our interfaith LGBTQ wedding ceremony such a profoundly memorable experience and I’m struggling to find the right words to make sure this review is written in a way that showcases how much it means to us. From our first virtual Zoom meeting to the goodbyes after the ceremony, it was evident that Rabbi Astrachan cared about us as a couple and making our ceremony meaningful, and his constant smile and calmness really made the entire process amazing. Between the meetings, the homework, and the help with making sure we had all the right ritual items, Rabbi Astrachan was always a text, email, or phone/Zoom call away to help us make the ceremony unique for us as a couple. My husband and I hired Joy for our wedding photography and our package also came with engagement photos as well. From the beginning with our engagement photos she was amazing! She was adaptable and made sure that everything was the way we wanted. On our wedding day she made sure everything was low stress. The pictures ended up perfect and she captured every detail of our wedding effortlessly. I don’t even know how she was in so many places at once! Looking through our photos made me so happy because it truly felt like I was reliving our wedding day. On top of that she is a genuinely sweet and easy going person that we loved working with. I would 1000% recommend her to anyone on their wedding day! We look forward to working with her in the future for any of our photography needs!
