I grew up in the snowy mountains of Lake Tahoe and spent my teenage years in the rainforests of Costa Rica before returning to the West Coast of the United States to study the art of wedding photography and earn my BFA with Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, California.

I fell in love with wedding photography for the in between moments: the nervous laugh before the ceremony, the glance no one else catches. That's what I chase. I shoot on a mix of digital and film, giving my work a timeless, editorial feel over a trendy one. I recently moved my business to Chicago, though I still travel for destination weddings all over the world! Every wedding is different, and I love learning each couple's story first.
