We are a family owned venue that is located within miles of Olympia, WA. Capitol City Barn is a new 4,600 sq. ft. barn that offers an indoor/outdoor experience; a space for the wedding party to prepare; a warming kitchen for caterers; beautiful outdoor patios, gardens and a stone alter, plus many more amenities. Their vision is respected and encouraged- we are just there to make their dreams come true! This also allows for each couple to express their style and allows us to fit in where needed. We allow our clients to chose their journey! We have great vendor recommendations, but do not require they use specific ones. We go the extra mile to fill any voids, help relieve stress and chaos, and take care of our guests, all of our guests!

A modern, industrial private dining venue located at 1203 NW Glisan Street in the heart of the Pearl District. Our expansive space features a state of the art open-view kitchen, floor to ceiling windows that open to the bustling neighborhood, and a wide variety of included amenities. From the creators and founders of Hunt & Gather Catering, offerings include seasonal menus options showcasing Pacific Northwest cuisine with international influences. We work hard to not only create the experience you request but create one that exceeds expectations at every moment.

Formerly the St. Helens Fox Theatre, City Farm Chehalis has been majestically transformed and restored into a unique Western Washington landmark. Originally a Ford Dealership, City Farm Chehalis is history like no other. Combined with historic art from ancient exotic lands, City Farm transports you into another world making any event a one-of-a-kind experience. Works of art from the 18th and 19th century abound while period furniture compliments the décor. The building features Italian Renaissance paintings, which adorn the acoustic coves, and over 50 chandeliers including Lucille Ball’s dining room treasure. Palatial hand-carved pillars accent the first floor and intricate royal facades surround the stage and dance floor upstairs. Classical architectural medallions, ornate mouldings and motifs, old-growth wood and brick abound. From floor to ceiling, it is a visionary wonder and the perfect blend of old and new for a genuine sensory experience. Our amenities are exceptional.

Black-owned open floor studio with large windows and original exposed brick. The large windows allow a hefty amount of natural sunlight to fill the room. Good for photo shoots, exercise classes, small banquets, birthday parties, baby showers, launch parties, and meeting space. There is a kitchenette with access to counters and sink however, no refrigerator access will be permitted. Elevator access from the street to allow easy loading and unloading. This is your premier and intimate event studio.

Opal 28 is an intimate space, an extension of your living room with a vintage & elegant ambiance. The 2,600 square foot space includes two great rooms, a built-in bar, private outdoor patio and bridal suite accommodations above the venue. The building was originally built in 1908 is conveniently located in inner NE Portland.

Elevate your event at the restored classic The Melody Event Center located in Central Eastside Portland. Built in 1925 and renovated in 2018 The Melody Event Center offers five distinct event spaces, accommodating up to 1,000 guests and offers flexible floor plans for every occasion. The elegant Melody Ballroom is nearly 6,000 square feet, welcoming up to 400 seated guest or up to 800 standing. The Melody Ballroom stands as our crown jewel with 30 foot high ceiling trimmed in gold, crystal chandeliers and a beautiful hardwood floor. We offer four additional spaces; The Morrison, Hawthorne, Portlandia and Broadway perfect for smaller events and meetings. Each room features this historic buildings original large scale windows displaying beautiful natural light. The Melody Event Center is a full service venue offering; onsite catering, offsite catering upon request, bar services, parking, A/V services, custom lighting, room setup, decoration packages and event planning.

Centrally located in the heart of North Portland, The Baker Building is available to host your wedding, reception and ceremony. This historic building has been thoughtfully updated, keeping many of the original details while adding a modern touch. The building features a second floor ballroom with exposed rafters and hanging café lights, elegant hardwood flooring, and tons of natural light. A large kitchen and serving room is conveniently located just next to the ballroom as well as two private suits for guests. *All tables and chairs are included in the rental fee, surround sound PA system, wireless microphones and overhead projector. *We offer an open vendor policy which means that you may bring in outside caterers and alcohol for no additional fee.

The Sanctuary Hall is a stunning, historical landmark in the heart of Portland's Arts District. Step back into time as you bask in the warm glow of 30' hand-made Povey Brothers stained glass installations and run your fingertips along the hand-carved 130 year old Douglas-Fir pews. The Hall's rounded and layered design allows for every wedding to feel like an intimate affair, be it seven people or 700. Beneath the Sanctuary Hall are many more multi-use rooms, including a banquet hall, commercial kitchen, chapel library, multiple dressing rooms. The venue is equipped with modern sound, lighting, and video capturing and streaming equipment. We have a fully functional pipe organ, one of the largest in Oregon, and a 7' Steinway Grand piano at your disposal. As an all-inclusive venue, we include staffing, setup, use of rentals (tables, chairs, linens, etc), clean-up, and an event specialist team to assist you with every package!

Our Victorian countryside setting, with 25 stunning acres of rolling hills, winding vineyards, natural forest & modern event spaces integrates the best of old-world beauty with modern conveniences & amenities. Imagine your big day nestled among our sweeping landscape, in our renovated ranch house-style chapel and/or large event tent (both backed by a stunning water feature) with meandering walkways, courtyards & plenty of space for your caterer, hosted bar, DJ & guests! Located in the heart of Portland's trendy Pearl District, Everett West is a modern-industrial event space that can be transformed into anything imaginable. The space features poured concrete floors, reclaimed wood accents, gorgeous chandeliers and 18' ceilings with skylights. We also have secluded private patio perfect for ceremonies and cocktail hour.
