“We don’t even know where to start with this review! From the start, Ben and his team took our and our family’s questions about how to approach our wedding. With half of our family being Latino, it took some time to find the right fit in the area. We wanted a good mix where the entire room could have fun and feel included. Ben absolutely nailed it day of. We’ve heard from multiple guests how they’ve never seen a wedding dance floor full for the whole wedding like at ours and how there was music for everyone. Aside from that, Summit invested time in us before the wedding through multiple planning calls and their awesome app where we can slowly build out our event with preferences. My husband and I felt so comfortable with the services he recommended and appreciated the time he took to talk through typical timeline for DJs and coordinators leading up to the big day. We booked a DJ and month of coordinator and were wow’d. Our DJ, Chris Laing, was extremely professional in the way he led our introductory and timeline calls. He truly listened to what kind of vibe we wanted for our wedding and executed it perfectly. In the words of my husband, friends, and family, our wedding was lit! Our coordinator Becca Manning was very kind on our introduction call. Unfortunately, there was an error in the system and she was double booked but she found us the most amazing coordinator, Nikki Clark. Black Tie worked to get Nikki into their system so there was minimal impact to my husband and I plus we adored working with Nikki. “This man is magic. Alex was extremely patient with me during the entire planning process knowing it’s very overwhelming trying to narrow down songs to specific moments. Especially when both me and my husband love all different types of music. He communicated clearly with what we needed to select throughout the day, and anything we hadn’t decided on he understood what vibe was and nailed it. Everyone was on the dance floor from the moment formalities ended to the last song of the night (Cinema by Skrillex of course). I asked for a party and Alex delivered exactly that (& better)! Our friends and family still talk about "how great the DJ was". Trusting Alex with such an important part of the day we did not take lightly and he absolutely exceeded expectations. “We had the pleasure of working with DJ Wong from MyDeejay. A quick review of MyDeejay: They were excellent to work with. They paired us with DJ Wong after we filled out a quick survey about the vibe we wanted for our wedding, and it was smooth sailing from there. It's clear from working DJ Wong that MyDeejay vets their DJs very well and ensures they're all professional and great to work with. Now for DJ Wong: He's got all of the main things you want in a vendor--professionalism, responsiveness, expertise, etc.), but he goes well above and beyond those standards. He provided ceremony music, background music, reception music, and uplighting, but that's just the starting point of everything he did for us. We were PICKY and we had A LOT of requests, and he accommodated them all flawlessly and eagerly. We requested he alter versions of some of our selected songs to adjust for timing, blending parts of songs together, and very particular transitions between songs. He made everything sound amazing! We had not 1, not 2, but FIVE choreographed dances throughout the evening, and he executed the timing of everything perfectly. The sound was incredible! In addition to that, because we were completely over-the-top for our wedding, DJ Wong so graciously and excitedly fulfilled our request to have KARAOKE at our reception. It was SO MUCH FUN!!! We had a very particular vibe in mind from our wedding--we wanted our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner to be classy and jazzy, and then for the reception dancing we wanted a mix of Pop anthems from the past 3 decades--DJ Wong understood the assignment perfectly! We were also at a very large venue and he had to provide sound across many different areas throughout the evening, but he came fully prepared and did an excellent job. We received so many compliments about the ambience for the entire evening, and we attribute that to him! On top of everything else, DJ Wong is an excellent MC and can read a room flawlessly. He kept the vibes up the entire evening, and struck the perfect balance of engaging with the audience and letting the music do the work. We are so grateful we had him for our special day!”

“Highly recommend Jeremy to anyone looking for a DJ! He was easy to work with and sent over an extensive questionnaire to fill out. We were able to create Spotify playlists and include them in the questionnaire for easy referencing of our preferred music tastes. The music is what I was most worried about during wedding planning as I didn’t want to play typical wedding music, but Jeremy came through and played all our favorite songs and more, and even complimented our indie music taste! Transitions were smooth and announcements weren’t over the top. As introverts, he also made sure we were comfortable and made sure not to prolong our first dance any longer than we wanted.”

They were super nice and awesome musicians. It started raining an hour into our cocktails so we had to move inside, and the bassist switched to playing a piano so that we could continue the music inside. Everyone was so impressed by how multi-talented they were!! Loved them and wish we had them play music for more of our reception. Dan, the founder, as well as the rest of their staff were incredibly organized and attentive throughout the planning process. Highly recommend!!”
