“I came to your team 6 weeks out from my wedding after a bad experience at a previous hair and makeup trial with another vendor, feeling very sensitive and nervous about how hair and makeup with another team would go. After a perfect trial with Heather and Suzy, I was so relieved and confident about working with them on my wedding day. After the trial, I made a last minute change on my hairstyle for the wedding by deciding I wanted a flower crown, and took a leap of faith in hoping that Suzy would be able to help put it on me during a very tight window as a surprise for the ceremony. I mean it to my core when I say that I could not be more elated about how it all turned out. Suzy absolutely crushed it. Heather completely understood what I was asking for and flawlessly executed it. They both listened to my requests and feedback without judgement and did an amazing job. I also really appreciated that they both heard me when I let them know I was introverted and probably would want to use my hair and makeup time as a social battery recharge opportunity rather than engaging. I really felt like they respected this and did not take it personally, and I never had to remind them of it. When I inquired/sought reassurance, they were honest about the different hair types they were most experienced with, and instead of wasting my time or just taking my money, they let me know their stylist was not a good fit. Which allowed me to book elsewhere in a timely manner. On the day of, Tiffany was fantastic at keeping me and the others on schedule, checking in to add any final touches to my makeup once I got in my dress since I had to do so earlier than necessary. The final result was absolutely beautiful - everyone loved my natural yet glamorous look. Also, my makeup required no touchups for the 10 hours it was on my face! While the communication leading up to the wedding could have been a bit more easy as you don’t get contact info for your artist until right before (so it was a little inconvenient to have to reach out to mainline or email just to ask a quick question, provide an update, etc.), PriscillaM Beauty's attention to detail, skill, and commitment to making my day perfect made them an invaluable part of my wedding team. Andrea and Andejla were my glam team, and I absolutely loved their work, as did the rest of my bridal party. The makeup and hair lasted for at least 12 hours (likely more). NRBeauty Co. was by far the most professional team I communicated with. I appreciated the portal Nina managed which included all communications, invoices, and glam guides. My bridal party also appreciated the Google form they submitted in advance of the day to share their inspo & desired looks! Nina also confirmed when the glam team was en route the day of the wedding, which was highly appreciated given how stressful the morning-of can be. To top it all off, they ran on time / ahead of schedule the day of the wedding!”
