“We absolutely loved our experience at HC! The venue is beautiful, intimate, and doesn’t need a lot of decor to spruce it up. It’s gorgeous! Don’t let the noise ordinance scare you; our party was lit!!! Everyone was up & dancing and the sound was the perfect volume. Our guests were blown away by how pretty and comfortable this venue is. Some called it a magical garden- it truly was! Epic Events (coordinators) were AWESOME. I highly recommend working with them. Kimberly, our coordinator, made our planning process and wedding day so chill & special for us. We really enjoyed our wedding day!!”

“We held our wedding reception at the Inn at the Mission this past March and it was nothing short of magical!! Cocktail hour was in the Olive grove and dinner and dancing was in the courtyard lights. From start to finish, the Inn team was communicative, transparent and so kind. Bahar did our wedding booking and answered my mom and I's long list of questions and broke down all of the cost in a way that was easy to understand. Aimae was our assigned wedding coordinator and she was absolutely fantastic. Her and her team worked their butts off before the event in the coordination stage and during the event itself (especially with my hired coordinator, Lisa Simpson who is an Inn preferred vendor and could not recommend her more either). Aimae was so responsive and no question, idea or ask was too small, she really helped develop the vision and helped execute flawlessly. The food was great, guests were complimenting it left and right - the drinks had healthy pours. While this venue is an investment, the service and energy you get from the staff is worth every penny!”

“Our wedding at Occasions earlier this month was everything we could have asked for. Dayna, our wedding producer, was excellent. She thought of absolutely everything, made sure we stayed organized (including keeping detailed notes and decor lists), and adjusted things along the timeline and setting based on exactly what we wanted. We only needed a couple of calls with her and some texts back and forth throughout the planning process for everything to come together. Dayna also gave us many recommendations when we asked for other vendors and locations (after party, hotels, luxury restrooms). On the day of, Dayna was organized, communicative (but never interrupted the natural cadence of the day), and kind. She is an absolute pro, and we were in the best hands with her. Andrew, the catering manager at The Cliff, ensured we had an incredible meal that tasted as delicious as the tasting - a hard feat when feeding over 140 people. He was so generous with his time and flexibility, even as we changed our menu and plan multiple times. Family and friends raved about their meals and were impressed with every bite. The rentals, florals, entertainment, and bakery all included was perfect; it made for less work on the front end, and everything was stunning, engaging, and delicious. We have only gotten the highest compliments on our guests on the level of service, the vibe (obviously the setting!), and the timeline of the whole day. We highly recommend the Occasions for any engaged couple looking for a venue with zero reservations. Thank you to the whole Occasions team for making our wedding day so spectacular!”

“When we started wedding planning, we knew finding a “one stop shop” sort of venue was going to be our best bet. We toured a couple venues from another well known company and some Wedgewood properties, and ultimately decided that Wedgwood Aliso Viejo best fit our needs. From our first meeting all the way to the day of (16 months later), we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Breanna and Sierra were exceptional planners and their meetings with us leading up to the wedding really made us feel like we didn't have anything to worry about. I’m a very type-A person and I never felt like I was asking for too much. We had all of our questions answered and had pleasant interactions with Kimberlyn as well. On the day of, Sierra, Lily and DJ Rachel were extremely attentive, communicative and overall on top of everything. I appreciate that we were able to call, text and email any questions we had at any time and heard back from the Wedgewood team in a very timely manner. Of all of our wedding week events, we had the least concerns about the wedding day and everything ran smoothly and to our liking. We have been receiving tons of compliments about how the staff were running a tight ship and that we didn't have to worry about anything because it all was taken care of. I am very big on customer service and we have not heard a single negative comment from any of our guests. The only hiccups with our wedding were issues with outside vendors that the Wedgewood team helped us address. The vibes were great, the food was amazing, we even had good compliments about the bartender being very cool and making amazing drinks. We really could not have imagined our special day any better than it turned out and we are so incredibly grateful to all of the Wedgewood Aliso Viejo for making it all happen!”

“Just had our wedding here on 9/28/24 and wow where can I start??! From the beginning when we toured the venue, we had no idea what to expect considering this was one of the more relatively lower budget venues we were touring at. So imagine our surprise when we got there and saw this venue, which was even more gorgeous than the more expensive ones we looked at previously. Pictures don’t really do this place justice. The venue has a Spanish-colonial design which makes for a perfect backdrop for photos. The arches both outside and inside the building really makes it feel grand. The string lights in the courtyard are so pretty, both in the daylight and when they’re lit up at nighttime. The hills of rolling green grass in the background really give off that golf club aesthetic and all the palm trees around the venue really pop off and give California vibes. The view of the grassy lawn and palm trees I saw when I walked down the aisle was truly breathtaking and I’ll never forget this moment. But mostly, we were in such good hands with Michael as the director. He comes from tons of experience (over 2000 weddings) and really treats your special day with so much empathy and care. Him and Mayra helped us out in so many ways: -Set up our welcome table, seating chart display, and decorations with very little direction. I didn’t have time during rehearsal to let them know how and where to set it up, and when the wedding day came, everything was already set up so beautifully. -We didn’t know we had to ask for a mic from our DJ, so we didn’t have one, and Michael took care of that problem very quickly. -Michael walked me around the back entrance of the venue before I walked down the aisle, my pointy heels kept getting stuck in the ripped hole in my wedding dress and Michael helped me pull it out twice. -Mayra helped me change into my 2nd wedding dress when I wasn’t able to find my bridesmaids near me. -Michael swept up the fake money off the floor during reception, and also hand delivered us our signature drinks when we asked for them. -I requested a signature drink that they’ve never made before and Michael personally tried out a bunch of recipes and helped pick out the best one. Overall, Michael and Mayra put so much care and thought towards this special moment of our lives. With this venue, you get it all-the perfect coordinators and the most beautiful setting. Some other things to note-food was amazing, both cocktail hour and reception. The food was also plated and presented very well too. The only area of improvement would be that there is no bridal/groom suite. It wasn’t an issue for us since there is a fitting room on site. But in the future, it there is an opportunity, building a bridal/groom suite would improve the experience for others greatly.”

The Gray Matter Museum of Art at McGowan Hall

“Adina and the Event Set crew transformed the GMMA into a beautiful wedding site and experience. We picked them because the price was right and the views were beautiful. On the day of the event the flowers were more grand than we expected for our price point, the DJ was engaging, and the food was better than any wedding I’ve attended. They accommodated our Indo-Western wedding with great Indian and western food. We even had his and hers mocktails. The food was the most customizable experience we found on the market. And it was tasty max. Adina is respectful, caring and patient. Your photos will be amazing with the view and the flowers. Especially if you have Trisha as your photographer. She is a master of lighting and angles. She makes quick work of editing and getting the photos back to you. Overall a great experience, less stress, and an all inclusive experience with lots of personalization.”

“We looked all over OC for a place to have an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception that was beautiful and aesthetically neutral. Irvine Marriott on Von Karmann exceeded our hopes and dreams. From the process they made simple and easy, to the mostly inclusive venue (you just need a few additional vendors), to our guests having affordable rooms on site to enhance the experience. We customized our day to fit our vision and the team (Niki, Michelle, Chef, Thomas, etc) was amazing at supporting us to have the perfect day! We enjoyed the beautiful venue, the delicious customized food, a large getting ready room fit for the Kardashian’s, the photo opportunities in some special spots (IYKYK), the cocktail reception, the service/coordination (finding a last minute sewing kit to fix a bridesmaid’s dress with reassuring smiles), the honeymoon suite… our wedding weekend was perfection (and our guests all agree)! If you are looking for a venue, RUN to the Irvine Marriott!”

The venue itself was a spacious, open canvas that allowed us to bring our wedding vision to life. The bridal suite was incredibly spacious, and the food served at the reception was absolutely amazing. The location was also very convenient, which was important for our out-of-town guests. Overall, the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach West provided an affordable, beautiful and flexible space that contributed greatly to making our special day perfect. “Jovan & Mimi went above and beyond for my husband and I. From start to finish, they were just incredible. The venue is beautiful, you really don’t need much decor because the venue itself is already so gorgeous. The greenery, the outdoors and the privacy the comes with the venue is truly unmatched. This venue comes with everything you can think of, from food, music, chairs, linens, you don’t really need much at the end of the day because they have almost everything you will need to have an amazing wedding day & if they don’t have something you may want to have for your special day, they will point you in the right direction with great vendors. The professionalism, the hospitality and the atmosphere from Jovan, Mimi and all of their staff is just incredible! You will not regret booking with them! My wedding day was truly amazing & I wish I could relive it all over again!”

“We had our wedding at The Richland in August of this year, and it was great overall! The venue is small and charming but at the same time has plenty of space for guests to spread out and enjoy themselves. Michael, Katherine, and the support staff were extremely helpful and very attentive to our every need, question, and concern, promptly addressing each of the few issues that arose during our two day stay and throughout the wedding. The bridal suite was great! Plenty of mirrors, storage, and seating for everyone. The staff set out a variety of pastries, orange juice, champagne, and coffee for us - so nice! They also offer a cool looking trolley to shuttle guests back and forth from the Lemon parking structure leading up to the wedding. The boutique hotel rooms are nicely designed and comfortable. We had to reserve a standard room the night before since they had another event going on. Unfortunately, the TV in that room never connected to their WiFi network, so we just set it as artwork and used our iPad for entertainment. We reserved the Cottage for the day of the wedding, which was perfect as a "getting ready"/ hang out area for the groomsmen. The TV there worked well and had no issues. The front door stuck a bit so you had to put some extra effort into closing it all the way. The Cottage is beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for everyone to relax and be comfortable. We’re looking forward to staying here again in the future!”

Paracel Events & Catering

“We booked Paracel for our wedding tea ceremony & reception venue, and Matthew for our MC & DJ. We were thoroughly satisfied with our experience with the venue & Matthew. When set up, Paracel was such an beautiful venue to have our wedding reception. We would say the space was just right for about 200 guests with plenty of room for our other vendors to setup, including an outdoor patio. However, it would be good to know that the projector screen is right behind the stage which did prevent us having a slideshow as our sweetheart table arch backdrop did obstruct it. We opted for the Platinum Plate Menu & even had an opportunity to try the food before booking. According to our guests, they enjoyed the presentation of Lobster Fruit Salad. Other highlights included the House Special Lobster Garlic Noodles & Peking Duck with Steamed Bun. They thought the food was delicious & plentiful. The bar being indoors & close to the tables made it very convenient for many of our guests to easily grab a drink. Matthew was accommodating & was easy to communicate with throughout the planning. He also gave us suggestions and recommendations based on his experience. Matthew as a DJ & MC was also phenomenal. He exceeded our expectations with keeping our guests engaged & entertained. Despite his limited Vietnamese, his father was also there that night to assist with translating for our Vietnamese guests. Matthew really knew how to read the room & hype people up. As the night was coming to a close & the dance floor opened up, he seemed to know what music to play to keep the crowd going & even concluded the night with a special moment for us. Paracel has such an amazing package for a wedding reception. You would be hard pressed to find an experience as good as Paracel in the area. We highly recommend Paracel for your wedding or next event!”

“My husband and I got married at The Vintage Rose just three months ago in June 2026, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I have so much praise for the venue, owner Rose, our incredible coordinator Jamie, and the entire staff. Here are the highlights: 1) They take care of SO many wedding details. This was huge for me because I wanted to minimize wedding-planning stress. Our package included the ceremony and reception spaces, lounge area, open bar with signature drinks, catering, DJ, florals for the space, photobooth, table settings/decorations, donut wall, and more. We really only had to arrange an officiant, photographer, cake, donuts, and our personal florals—and they even had recommendations for all of those. It made planning so much easier! 2) They’re dog-friendly! Our pup Benji was able to be part of our ceremony, which was incredibly special to us. Dogs can’t stay for the reception, but we hired a sitter who took care of Benji before and during the ceremony and brought him home afterward. I was so grateful that he could be included in such an important part of our day. 3) The pricing is very reasonable. We felt the pricing was straightforward and appreciated how flexible they were about helping us stay within our budget. Booking on a Friday evening or Sunday morning, for example, can be more affordable than a Saturday. I really felt like Rose was on our side and wanted to help us make it work. 4) The staff are wonderful. Rose was warm and welcoming from our very first tour, and the whole staff was incredibly kind and genuinely excited for us. And Jamie, our day-of coordinator, was AMAZING. She was attentive, organized, thoughtful, and somehow always seemed to know what I needed before I even asked. She handled all the little details that made the day run seamlessly, and both our family and bridal party were so impressed with her. She was truly a treasure! 5) Our guests loved it. Our family and friends raved about how smoothly everything ran, the food, open bar, DJ, photobooth, and the overall look and feel of the venue. They also appreciated the ample parking and were surprised by how beautiful the ceremony and reception spaces were inside. Interestingly, we had already attended two weddings at The Vintage Rose before having our own there, so we knew they knew what they were doing—and they absolutely delivered! We are SO happy we chose The Vintage Rose for our wedding and would highly recommend it to other couples.”

The Anaheim Hotel

“The Anaheim Hotel was an amazing venue for our wedding weekend! We held our entire wedding weekend (Welcome Dinner, Ceremony and Reception) at the Anaheim Hotel and are so glad we chose to work with them. The poolside Cabana added a touch of elegance and allowed our guests to mingle in a relaxed atmosphere. Our guests enjoyed watching the Disneyland fireworks poolside as the night wound down. The Veranda Lawn is a beautiful space for a ceremony and the ballroom is a fun space for a reception - spacious enough for our large guest list, yet intimate enough for heartfelt moments. Jamie from the hotel was great to work with planning our weekend. She is detailed, accommodating and has an upbeat attitude. She listened to our preferences and made our dreams come true. A short example of her attention to detail and care: our wedding day was hotter than forecasted and on the day of, she asked if we would want to set up umbrellas for our guests to keep them comfortable. She had them set up on short notice, making sure they were placed them exactly as we had asked. That attentive and professional attitude extended to the staff, they anticipating our needs before we even asked. The hotel's ability to host both the ceremony and reception made planning so much easier. The food was quite good, nearly every guest completely finished their plate. The bar team is stellar, everybody enjoyed their drinks. If you are looking for a beautiful space that will seamlessly host your wedding, look no further. Bonus: Having guest rooms on-site made the entire weekend convenient for our out-of-town family and friends.”
