Best wedding. No regrets!
When we started wedding planning, we knew finding a “one stop shop” sort of venue was going to be our best bet. We toured a couple venues from another well known company and some Wedgewood properties, and ultimately decided that Wedgwood Aliso Viejo best fit our needs. From our first meeting all the way to the day of (16 months later), we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Breanna and Sierra were exceptional planners and their meetings with us leading up to the wedding really made us feel like we didn't have anything to worry about. I’m a very type-A person and I never felt like I was asking for too much. We had all of our questions answered and had pleasant interactions with Kimberlyn as well. On the day of, Sierra, Lily and DJ Rachel were extremely attentive, communicative and overall on top of everything. I appreciate that we were able to call, text and email any questions we had at any time and heard back from the Wedgewood team in a very timely manner. Of all of our wedding week events, we had the least concerns about the wedding day and everything ran smoothly and to our liking. We have been receiving tons of compliments about how the staff were running a tight ship and that we didn't have to worry about anything because it all was taken care of. I am very big on customer service and we have not heard a single negative comment from any of our guests. The only hiccups with our wedding were issues with outside vendors that the Wedgewood team helped us address. The vibes were great, the food was amazing, we even had good compliments about the bartender being very cool and making amazing drinks. We really could not have imagined our special day any better than it turned out and we are so incredibly grateful to all of the Wedgewood Aliso Viejo for making it all happen!

We had an amazing experience from our very first meeting with the venue team through the entire wedding planning process. Everything went so smoothly and felt organized every step of the way. Bre was absolutely wonderful to work with — she was always easy to communicate with, responsive, helpful, and made the whole experience feel stress-free. One thing we especially appreciated was how easy the wedding binder was to go through. It was clear, detailed, and kept us on track throughout the planning process. We truly felt supported the entire time and couldn’t have asked for a better experience planning our wedding here. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, smooth, organized
From our first conversation with Aliso Viejo By Wedgewood Weddings, we knew we had found the right venue. Kimberlyn, our coordinator, kept everything organized and communicated with crystal clarity every step of the way. The fireplace backdrop for our ceremony was romantic, and the surrounding mountains and trees created the perfect setting for our big moment. Kimberlyn went above and beyond by helping us pull off a surprise with my dad walking down the aisle, and she handled every detail to make sure our day felt extra special. The food was incredible—guests couldn't stop talking about the fresh salads, the salmon, the roast beef with horseradish, and the appetizers. From ceremony to cocktail hour to reception and our grand exit, everything flowed seamlessly, and we couldn't be happier with how it all came together.

First, Breanna was great. She was communicative, organized, and flexible, all while maintaining a positive attitude. She did a fantastic job of being flexible and pivoting indoors at the 11th hour. She maintained proactive communication with us and others involved in the ceremony/reception from the moment we met with her on video chat. She was always willing to consider all of our needs/requests. We'd recommend her to anyone looking for a coordinator. Leading up to the day of the wedding, the planning team really helped keep us on track and design a wedding perfectly fitting our budget and needs. Our communications with Miranda and Echo were smooth, prompt, and clear. Speaking to all of the guests, there wasn't a single complaint, but rather praise regarding the food. Guests particularly enjoyed the variety and quality of the salads/greens. We enjoyed the chicken cordon bleu. Hats off to the chef and kitchen staff for a wonderful meal. DJ Rachel (DJ Maestro) did an amazing job. We loved her infectious enthusiasm and energy. She was attentive to our music choices/requests and those of the guests. She kept the flow of the reception going smoothly without any unnecessary interruptions while making sure to hit all of the major announcements. Small adjustment – the music during the ceremony was a bit loud; however, it's understandable due to the quick pivot indoors. Our banquet captain and staff did a great job as well. Kiana and Breanna continuously checked in with us at the sweetheart table to make sure we were taken care of. We heard no complaints from guests regarding the service, and that tells us that the staff performed wonderfully. We absolutely loved the floral decorations, centerpieces, and bouquets. Jenni Hill and Lauren Hughes of Little Hill Floral Designs executed our vision for a "Hawaii meets So Cal" wedding perfectly. We came to them with a broad idea and some photos, and their team gave us something better than we had anticipated all while being sensitive to our budget.

We had an amazing experience with Wedgewood Weddings in Aliso Viejo in January 2025. The venue is gorgeous with an amazing fireplace altar option and great views of a golf course. The flowers around the building are stunning and provided great backdrops for our photos. I loved that almost everything was “all inclusive” pricing and vendors but you could still customize things as you want. It made the planning process a lot easier. All of their preferred vendors we used were great (cake, florals, and DJ). Their planning team was very responsive throughout the whole process and provided a full planning binder to help with all of the information. Kimberlyn was our day of coordinator and I can’t enough good things about her. She was on top of every detail and made our day seamless. Our banquet caption, Lily, was also very attentive and got us everything we needed. Overall, I highly recommend Wedgewood for anyone who wants an “all inclusive” wedding planning experience.
