    My husband and I had our ceremony and reception here on Valentines Day. Melissa was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We also were able to have our rehearsal dinner here which was super convenient for all of our family that was traveling to Irvine. Ceremony: We had our ceremony at the poolside terrance and it was absolutely beautiful! We had a guest count of about 200 and it fit everyone comfortably. A lot of guest complimented us on how nice the terrance was. Super spacious and elegant looking. Reception: We rented out the Crystal Ballroom and it did not disappoint! There was around 20 round tables seating 10 and 1 head table that seated 10 as well, everything was spaced out perfectly, giving all the guest ample amount of space to move around. We also had enough space for the dance floor, photo booth, and kids play area. My husband and I absolutely LOVE that there was still so much space leftover. Communication: Melissa has been an absolute doll to work with! She listened to our wants and needs and nailed everything to the T. I felt bad at times for constantly asking so many questions, however, Melissa was always happy to answer and never made me feel incompetent. My husband and I put our trust in Melissa and she did not disappoint! We're so thankful to have had our special day at Hilton/Irvine! Everything was perfect and went better than we could have anticipated. Thank you so much!!
