Rural Hill Farm is a lodging and event venue perfect for weddings, reunions, corporate retreats, birthday parties, graduation celebrations and much more! Situated in the rolling hills of Middle Tennessee, Rural Hill Farm is 180 acres of secluded beauty! The Bedford Event Venue is located perfectly in the crossroads of Green Hills, Downtown Nashville and Brentwood. We offer seating for up to 400 inside or 575 when paired with the outdoor covered pavilion. The pavilion is the perfect place to start your cocktail reception. A piece of history… The Cool Springs House has a long and colorful history. In 1830, James and Penelope Barfield Carothers built the original two log rooms of the Cool Springs House located at what is presently the intersection of Mallory Lane and Cool Springs Boulevard. Many years later, the house had major renovations done to it by adding the second story, the downstairs hall, and the front porch. Wilburn Street Studio is a beautiful 3,000 square foot flexible rental space + 2,500 square foot private outdoor space in East Nashville's historic McFerrin Park. We were originally a goods store in the 1930s and we still have the display nooks and original walls. We have beautiful hardwood floors, natural light and plenty of space to create your dream wedding. Our open vendor policy allows you to hand-select each vendor and create your perfect day! Or you can take advantage of our all-inclusive package that makes wedding planning a breeze.

Room With A View at Marathon Village, is a gorgeous venue located in downtown Nashville. Our event space is located in a 114-year-old factory with a historic Marathon Car Museum in the main lobby. Its antique oak stairs, original flooring, exposed brick walls, high ceilings, & large windows overlooking the downtown skyline is the most romantic backdrop for your wedding! On the 3rd floor of what used to be the administrative building of Marathon Motorworks, Its capacity is approximately 200 standing, 150 guests seated reception style. In house we are fully equipped with an elevator, an A/V system, round tables, folding tables, cocktail tables, & chairs. In the space you also have access to our catering kitchen and bar. We also provide two Ready Rooms, which comfortably accommodates four to five people. It has seating, a full-size mirror, counter space, a closet, and a large wall-mounted makeup mirror. Room With A View has an open vendor policy, so your special day 100% reflects you.
