“DJ Motiv was extraordinary. I was so impressed by his professionalism, communication, and willingness to make sure our night was perfect. I was skeptical at first with some reviews mentioning that the DJ’s weren’t playing the songs they chose. I immediately reached out and that was informed that it would not be an issue. ALL of our chosen music was played, with some song requests of guests (with bride’s approval, per DJ motiv - loved that). DJ Motiv checked in with us constantly, even to make sure our food was at our table, if we needed drinks, if the music was going well, and if there was anything he could do. He was going above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. I even threw in special requests during my wedding, including him stopping my parent dance half way (on purpose) as if the music turned off, to take the mic and give a short speech. He did it phenomenally. I had a game request, with him being the commentator and director of, and he took that role and ran with it. The wedding guests LOVED him. I have nothing negative to say about his services. Even the photobooth was done great! I also had a custom sign made, with our new last name, and it was perfect! Such a great item to be able keep, and you get a year warranty on it. Anyway, I highly recommend this DJ!! He MADE our wedding perfect. Everyone loved him.”

They dressed appropriately for our wedding theme and many of the guests at the Hawthorne Hotel wanted to take pictures with Karlea in her Twenties attire. In addition to being a wonderful experience, they were also a great value for the price. These are top quality musicians and we paid a reasonable price for the band. “Bill and John did a wonderful job for mine and my Husbands special day. From the very first phone call, Bill was very informative and reassuring that they would get the job done to fit our vision. They even came to the rehearsal (small extra cost) to make sure all music cues were exactly how I wanted them which was great as many DJs had told me “no.” It really helped ease my nerves knowing things were well executed and ran through the day before. Throughout the planning process, Bill was very responsive to any questions I had via email or extra phone calls. I did have a change I added in last minute so our dog could be apart of reception announcements and they didn’t even flinch at the last minute change of plans. They nailed it. They played great songs, surprised us with a gift after our first dance, and even kept bringing my girls and I fans cause they had us dancing all night. “I'm not kidding. Stop looking for DJs, photo booths, etc. and just book Team Wedding Day. If they're not available or already booked, well then move your wedding. Yes you're looking to book a DJ, but what you don't realize you need is mics for the ceremony, lighting, an emcee who won't make your wedding cheesy, and more. Niko was so amazing to work with leading up to the event and includes so many things in one big package that it's so nice to just check things off in one swoop. Team Wedding Day had us covered back to front. Niko is so nice and kind on the phone, so when he started mixing sick-nasty beats during the dance party, I was like "OMG who is this guy!" He fit our vibe perfectly, followed our play/don't play list, and emceed our wedding like a true pro. Niko listens, but pushes back when he thinks something would work better from his experience and it was so nice to work with him. During the cocktail hour and diner, he was always keeping tabs with us, making sure we stayed on schedule, asking if we needed anything, etc. and it gave us so much confidence that things were running smoothly. Everyone at our wedding commented on how fun the dance floor was and it was 100% Niko. The photo booth was SUPER nice, much better than any I've ever used or seen before. And at the end of the night, they gave us a little album of every photo strip everyone had taken which was super unexpected but such a great surprise! All in all, one of the best vendors and decisions we made when planning our wedding. Can't recommend Niko and his team enough.”

Even when our day-of coordinator dropped the ball and was missing during one of the most important parts of the reception for me, one that required timing for cutting in on the dance, Cole took over and made it go perfectly!! Nobody else even knew their was a hiccup. You can tell he has done this many times and is genuinely a professional in the field. Even when Cole wasn't actively at the DJ booth, he was helping in every way he could. He even made sure I had a drink! We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better DJ team for our wedding. The ceremony went perfectly from volume levels, sound cues, and mic levels. Then came the reception where they absolutely crushed it!! The whole day was handled perfectly. Micah was incredible at reading the room and keeping the dance floor full the entire night. Every transition was smooth, every song was a banger, and the momentum never dropped The mixing from start to finish was spot on with no awkward gaps or weird transitions. Since the wedding, we’ve had compliment after compliment from guests saying it was the best dance floor music they’ve ever experienced, which says a lot. “Griffin & The Gargoyles came together last minute to play at our wedding. We had another band lined up that canceled five days prior and while I was upset at the time, I lucked out! “DJ Gee Reed is simply the BEST DJ you could hire! His price is VERY reasonable for the high-quality service he provides. Going into our wedding, I honestly expected the dance floor to have a few people trickling on and off throughout the night. We had mostly young kids and an older crowd, so I really didn’t expect a huge dance party. Boy, was I wrong! DJ Gee Reed had the entire room on the dance floor! Granny was busting her last good hip, and the kids went from crawling to dancing! It was absolutely INSANE—in the best possible way. He also did an amazing job with announcements, getting on the mic right on cue, and knowing exactly when to play, transition, and end songs. Everything flowed so smoothly, and you could tell he truly knew what he was doing. But beyond being an incredible DJ, DJ Gee Reed has a heart of gold. My father-in-law has Parkinson’s, and during the reception, he lost ahold of his trousers. Without hesitation, Gee stepped in, tried to shield him from the crowd, and helped him through the situation. You absolutely didn’t have to do that, but you did—and I cannot thank you enough for showing that kind of compassion and kindness. I genuinely don’t have a single complaint about this man. He went above and beyond to make our wedding unforgettable, and I would recommend him to ANYONE looking for a DJ. DJ Gee Reed was phenomenal, and he will do the same for your wedding. Hire this man—you will NOT regret it!️”
