Antonio Ayestaran has been a professional chef for over 30 years. He is an A.C.F. Apprentice graduate, a certified Chef de Cuisine, and a certified Pastry Chef. Antonio, along with six other chefs, represented California at the largest cooking competition in the world, the Culinary Olympics in Germany. Antonio received Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals for his efforts. Antonio prides his business on working closely with his customers, creating custom experiences for each event. He works closely with many of the largest organizations, cooking for fundraisers, donating meals and time, giving back to the community whenever possible.

I had my first shot at managing a sushi restaurant when I took over an empty section of the family restaurant and introduced sushi to my customers. I quickly learned that it’s not just about having fresh fish anymore. Sushi dining has transformed into a culture. A culture built by imagination and creativity. With the help of GD and the support of my family, I took all that experience and fused it with my imagination and created Yooshi Sushi Catering and Event Production.
