Before the wedding, we had three video calls to go over every detail. He also created a shared Google Doc where we could easily organize everything he needed to know, from our ceremony processional songs, cocktail hour and dinner playlists, bridal party entrance songs, must-play songs, and even a list of songs we absolutely did not want played. The entire planning process was seamless and made us feel confident that every detail was covered.
Fidel also provided all of the audio equipment for our outdoor ceremony, including speakers and microphones for our officiant and my cousin, who sang during the ceremony. One of the most thoughtful things he did was help with my processional song. I had chosen a song that didn't have an instrumental version anywhere. Instead of telling me it wasn't possible, he created a custom instrumental version so my cousin could practice singing with it before the wedding. That meant so much to me and is something I'll never forget.
On the wedding day, Fidel absolutely delivered. He transitioned smoothly through every part of the day and kept the reception flowing effortlessly. He took song requests throughout the night while still staying true to the vibe we wanted, and I especially appreciated that he played clean versions of songs earlier in the reception since we had a lot of younger cousins celebrating with us.
The dance floor stayed full, the energy never dropped, and everyone had an amazing time. In fact, the very next day, every person I asked about the wedding immediately commented on how great the music was. That says everything.
