I had driven 30 minutes to the incorrect location that was emailed to me and had to drive another 30 minutes to the correct location. Obviously I was not penalized for being late and they did handle this very well by upgrading my makeup. Tia was quick to email me and apologize for the mistake. Overall would recommend and great experience.”
