The oolite limestone barn and home are meticulously maintained and have been lovingly preserved in every aspect. The property is still today a working native plant nursery. Massive live oak canopies, waterfalls, fish ponds, a sunken grotto, all naturally shaded and lined with rare palms, along with acres of manicured gardens are just some of the unique features “The Cooper Estate” has to offer.

“First off, let me say that the best thing about this venue was working with Idalia. She was our wedding coordinator and made things so. darn. easy. I was anticipating wedding planning to be so much more stressful but she took all the stress out of everything. I will never be able to thank her enough for her clear and quick communication and staying calm and handling everything throughout the whole process, even when it poured rain ahead of the wedding. Secondly, the food was the best wedding food I’ve had anywhere. We opted for the churasco and it was delicious. I was very grateful that they were able to accommodate a handful of vegetarian dietary restrictions as well. The fact that nearly everything is included in the price or available for rent straight from the venue made organization so easy. I didn’t have to hunt for a DJ or rentals or a separate catering company which is so worth it. Finally, the actual estate. I’ve never been to one so beautiful or unique. Our guests repeatedly said they had never seen anything like it and had a blast. If you want amazing photos and a venue to remember this is the spot. P. S.
