“Our daughter and son-in-law had their wedding at City Winery Hudson Valley a few weeks ago and we are thrilled with our entire experience! We worked with Lerika from the very beginning when we first toured as our Sales Manager and communications with her throughout the process were perfect. Lerika also worked extremely well with our planner (Lauren F. from Wild Blooms – recommended by CW) and the two of them made sure all details were perfect. When we first toured CW, we loved all the different spaces and, due to a rainy wedding day, were very grateful for the many options. Although we intended for the ceremony to be by the river, the indoor space was beautiful and provided the perfect backdrop made even more beautiful with white flowers that popped against the brick and windows. And having cocktail hour within the bar area and restaurant, which they closed for us, made our event very private and allowed for sufficient seating during that time. The buttlered hors d’oeuvres were plentiful and the stations constantly replenished so they always looked stocked. Service was incredible throughout the day and our guests appeared to be served dinner all at once, and wait staff were very attentive. There were never lines at the bar during cocktail hour or the reception which was helped by the table wine service. We chose the Steak Bavette for our beef entrée and I was concerned the 6 oz standard portion would be too small so we upgraded to 8 oz which ended up being huge! And all the food served throughout the day was delicious! Lerika was attentive throughout the wedding day as was Tiffany, the CW event coordinator, who we did not meet until that day. Lerika and Tiffany anticipated our needs and made sure we were all taken care of throughout the day. Security identified a potential issue with one of our guests who had too much to drink and discreetly and professionally addressed it without our even knowing about it. We had more than 160 guests in attendance and the space was big enough to ensure it was easy to move around the tables while still feeling intimate. I love that we were able to place only two rows of tables on each side of the dance floor so everyone was close to the activity and never far apart. Our guests danced throughout the wedding which made it very fun. With recommendations from CW, we selected a florist (Laruen P. from Wild Blooms) and bistro lighting from Fox Haus that transformed the space and made it so beautiful. All the photos are absolutely gorgeous even though most were taken indoors. We also reserved the boiler bar for the guys to get ready which was fun for them and the Nest for the ladies which was spacious and beautiful. And lastly, we hosted an afterparty in the boiler bar for the friends of the bride and groom which was perfect to give them extra time with their close friends! CW hosts a combined food tasting for all couples with scheduled weddings and it gave us a great glimpse of what the actual wedding day would be like with plenty of special and personal touches for the bride and groom. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was, and we continue to receive so many compliments from our guests! It was fun, it was beautiful, it was delicious, it was perfectly what our daughter and son-in-law envisioned!”

“I enjoy visiting Tom Quick Inn in Milford for occasional dinner, glass of wine, dessert. A decision to choose this venue for my daughter Quinceanera came to ma easy. It was a great choice. The communication with my event coordinator, Keighla, was great. We had few in person meetings, communicated via email or phone. She helped me adjust the menu to create what I wanted for that special day. I felt taken care of in any way possible by her. It felt great to meet the chef, Mike, who was in charge of the meal preparation, before the event and to be able to discuss the menu with him. He become another person I could turn too, if I had any questions. The venue accommodated my needs to decorate the venue the night before event. The event itself was fabulous. The day was warm as for late October, the colorful trees surrounding the restaurant, allowed us to take nice pictures in the nature. The food, as expected... delicious. Guest left the event happy, with full tummies. As for me... It felt as if I just had a wedding I never had. “Still riding the high from our wedding weekend! We were absolutely floored by all the work Jen and Ally and the whole Stagecoach team did to make our wedding weekend spectacular! They have several different packages that you can choose from which allowed us to find something that truly worked for us. We ended up having around 115 guests for the wedding and the space was just perfect! We had been to the Inn for dinner before and we knew we wanted to make food a priority. Chef Jerrel hit it out of the park for the rehearsal dinner, the cocktail hour/reception, and the brunch the next morning! Also because they have rooms upstairs, we were able to have our closest family stay and not have to worry about any travel! We couldn't recommend them enough!”

“I can't thank the team at Mountain Creek enough for being such a huge part of why our day was so perfect. The planning team of Colleen, Jessica, and Alyssa were wonderful. They were so easy to work with, answered questions before you thought to ask them, and when you did have your own questions always took the time to lay everything out. From start to finish we had a great experience with them. The day of team was amazing and truly went above and beyond. Suzy and Diona were the best to work with. I want to give a shout out to Diona in particular. She was my bridal attendant but did so much more. She also was the full day of coordinator. She was super prepared, had everything you could possibly need, oversaw everything, and truly ensured the day went perfectly. She was incredible. The staff all know exactly what they're doing, and have everything down pat. The venue itself gets truly transformed for weddings. The mountain top view for the ceremony was breathtaking and our guests will not stop talking about it, and the gondola ride each way. We also got so many compliments on the food. Sweetgrass Pavillion at Minerals Hotel

“We were married on 5/10/25 & I still am beaming ear to ear about my experience at Minerals Hotel. From the moment we stepped on the property to view the venue, we knew it was special. Rachel greeted us and gave us the grand tour & made us feel so comfortable. Her bubbly personality and enthusiasm for the space and everything they had to offer really sold us. We fell in love with everything. I did not realize my experience would be getting that much better with Dana as my coordinator. She went above and beyond to help us. She answered any and all of questions, she gave me honest feedback, and always put my needs ahead of anything else. She’s a professional & a saint. My whole experience as a bride was made better from her being there for us throughout the whole experience. Our wedding day went extremely smooth & I don’t know if it would have went that way without her and her team. Our wedding weekend was everything we could have wanted and more. The minerals hotel staff took care of everything and made everyone feel so comfortable. I cannot tell you how many people are still texting us about how amazing everything was and how they want to find more excuses to come to this hotel & have another event. For the weekend, we opted for a welcome party for all of our guests the night before & offered snacks and a cash bar in the diamond room- it really set the scene for the whole weekend. Our bartender that night kept the drinks flowing and everyone had the best time. The late night snacks were really good too. We also opted for a farewell brunch the day after the wedding in the same room and it was perfect. The breakfast buffet is unmatched & was much needed after a night of partying. We got married in the Sweetgrass Pavilion at Minerals hotel and it was perfect. Not only is the pavilion itself beautifully designed but the staff were on top of everything. They made sure that everyone had what they needed (which was a lot for a 180 person wedding) and were so organized. Our lovely bridal assistant, Kya, made sure my husband & I ate, were hydrated and even had to do a quick tailoring job for me to make my dress more comfortable to dance in haha. The dance floor was perfect for a big dance party, the chicken roulade & filet mignon were divine, and the bartenders made a fabulous lemon drop martini (my choice haha) There was not one thing I could say wrong about the whole night. The makeup artists (Marisol and Leah) and hairstylist (Caitlin) that we hired from the salon at Minerals were INCREDIBLE. Every single girl looked absolutely beautiful. A big concern when hiring was seeing how the makeup artists worked on mature skin & hooded eyes- they knocked it out of the park. These girls are extremely talented . The cocktail hour was amazing. Everyone was impressed with the food (also Kya wrapped up all the food for us so the day after the wedding my husband & I were able to try everything we weren’t able to- it was such a nice treat) & the after party pool party was so much fun (I highly recommend booking the pool, your guests, & you, will love it…and the after party churros- everyone ate those up). After the princess treatment we received at minerals hotel, I don’t think anyone should get married anywhere else. Dana, Kya, Rachel, & the rest of the minerals team made my dream wedding into a reality bigger than what I could have imagined for myself. Do not hesitate, book this venue, you will be so glad you did.”

“Rock Island was the best decision we could have ever made. Our experience was 110% perfect from start to finish. From our first tour with Stephanie, we were hooked and immediately knew 'this was the place'. In the 18 months leading up to our wedding, we never felt overwhelmed or alone in the planning process. Our coordinator Elaine, was and IS the best of the best. Every email, check-in meeting and question was always greeted with excitement, warmth and reassurance. Elaine made sure everything was perfect not only throughout the planning process, but especially on the day of our wedding. The day itself truly was flawless. Elaine, Abby, Robby, Jill and the countless other Rock Island Staff we worked with day of ensured that not one thing was out of place. We, alongside all our guests, felt so much love and attention from the staff that they felt like family by the end of the night. We cannot thank you all enough for the work you do and how meant for your roles each of you are. The venue itself is stunning, with an updated and picturesque lakeside setting that felt so inclusive and special. We could not have asked for a more beautiful backdrop for our wedding. We came into wedding planning wanting an 'indoor/ outdoor' vibe and Rock Island delivered that in every way. The food was also some of the best wedding food we have seen/ tried (our guests would agree!) which is a true testament to the kitchen staff! Additionally, our bar staff did a phenomenal job with our signature cocktails and espresso martini bar. We hope to experience RILC as a guest some day! It's been almost a month and my husband and I talk about our wedding every day. Every family member and friend we talk to tell us it was one of the most incredible weddings they have ever been to. “Cheryl was so easy to work with. Her communication was great and timely all before my special day. I felt like I never had a worry because my questions were always answered before the day ended. During the rehearsal, she was able to answer all my questions and give some pointers, which was super helpful to make our day go smoothly. I suggest you take her advice. She showed her confidence in what she does best, which only made me feel less nervous about everything going on. She and her staff were so friendly at the rehearsal dinner, specially with the special requests I had for a few of my guests. Our wedding went on without a hiccup. Her staff decorated my tables exactly how I wanted. She met with my photographer to show the grounds for photo options. She was readily available in moments and was on point with the schedule of events on my day. The food was great and it seemed like things went seamlessly. She came to one more rescue for our friends and family. The following day, we did not anticipate so many of our friends and family wanted to leisurely join us for dinner. She was able to set us up in a space to accommodate us at the last minute. Cheryl was so easy to work with throughout the planning process. Her experience and organization is paramount. She made us feel comfortable and confident with our plans. Our family and friends had a blast at the party and the grounds that weekend. Many said they would return, including us.”

“I've been shooting weddings at Mountainville Manor house since Lauren Abramo and team first started bringing their magic touch to renovate the venue. Since then I have shot number weddings there. Each one has gone off without a hitch, with the back end working smoothy to produce a flawless event for the guests. One of the bet things as a vendor is how they look out for us. I never have to beg for a glass of water. We are always fed on time with the food is hot! (That never happens.) If the treat the vendors as well as they do, you can only imagine how they cater to the bride and groom. I recommend it for everyone looking for a charming venue in the Hudson Highlands at the gateway to the Catskills”

“My husband and I got married at Bear Brook Valley this past weekend and it was absolutely PERFECT! Our experience with the Bear Brook team since we booked our date with them two years ago has been amazing. The renovations they completed last year are absolutely stunning. The boys absolutely loved getting ready in the new speakeasy lounge, the golf simulator was a huge hit! Our guests raved about the food and drinks. Our coordinator, Amanda was incredible! Not only did she walk me through the planning process (we did not hire an official wedding planner), but she responded promptly to all my questions via email and executed my entire vision the day of the wedding! Everything ran super smoothly. Our bridal and groom suite attendants, Amber and Cameron, were on top of everything the entire wedding day! Anytime we needed anything they were there. They were constantly making sure we had a drink in hand if we needed one, Amber helped me get a stain out of my dress, and they both graciously steamed all of the dresses and tuxes! Something we both absolutely love about Bear Brook is that their team makes you feel special and valued. They truly value making sure your day is the best it can be, which was not my experience touring other venues. Because of this incredible team, I was able to enjoy every minute of my day without any stress! If you’re considering booking Bear Brook - DO IT! We genuinely cannot recommend them enough!”
