However, even after going through the work of submitting a Spotify play list and adding do not play songs or DJ played the wrong version of our first dance song (I checked and we had the correct version listed on our playlist we sent over), he also played songs from our do not play list to the point I, the bride, came over to ask if he had the wrong list. He admitted he was using songs from the do not play list as he was not paying attention. I would also like to note, though our wedding was more casual, our DJ was dressed in a sloppy manner. His shirt was half untucked from his pants, there were stains on his shirt and pants. Besides a few hiccups, direct Entertainment was wonderful to work with!”

He really took the time to understand our vision of how we wanted our guests to feel at the wedding. Our venue was on a mountain top and logistically challenging. He took this challenge head on and did an outstanding job with the set up and execution of the lighting, stage set up and ceremony audio setup. The lighting and uplighting he provided added so much to our venue and transitioned from romantic at dinner to a party when it was time to celebrate on the dance floor. My daughter gave her playlists, then trusted him to take control, and he did not disappoint. He kept the dance floor full all night long and read our crowd perfectly creating the most fun atmosphere. As an MC, he was smooth and professional and guided the night seamlessly without overpowering the event. We also hired his wife to be the violinist, and it was one of the best decisions we made. She played so beautifully during our ceremony and cocktail hour, and our guests are still talking about what a special touch that was.
