Our dance floor never remained empty! We absolutely loved our flower wall along with our “te amo” neon sign! “My experience with this venue was absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I were not high maintenance or detail oriented for our wedding. We wanted the a simple nice wedding that we did not have to put a lot of work in and this place was perfect! High quality venue and vendors!! The venue itself was so beautiful, you barely have to decorate it. The vendors are all with the venue, and our amazing planner Sheilah W was awesome! She gets everything prepared and deals with contacting all the vendors and putting everyone on the same page. I was so shocked the packages even included stationeries (save the dates & invites) ! Vendors included flowers, photographer, catering, DJ, day of coordinator, cake/desserts, all inclusive bar. I am so glad we chose to have our wedding here! When I tell people I barely did anything to plan this wedding.. I mean it. In a good way because it was such a stress free planing process for us! It was such a great day. Simple and beautiful”

“Alchemy Bake Lab provided the mini cake and mini desserts for our wedding a few weekends ago. We had SO much fun coming to the bakery for our tasting! They really made us feel so special. We had such a hard time deciding what to choose because literally everything was so good! On the day of our wedding, they showed up on time and set everything up beautifully. “We had our wedding at AvantGarden in October of 2025. After touring quite a few options in Houston, we knew that Mariana and her team were the ones we wanted to help us plan our big day. Mariana was very communicative throughout the entire process and has weddings down to an art. She has an endless list of local connections and trust us when we say to listen to her on the food and cake because people have not stopped raving about both months later. We had use of the entire venue from top to bottom and while we designed our own centerpieces, the team set everything up exactly as we had envisioned, incorporating the perfect floral shades and designs to give our wedding a classy gothic feel rather than turning it into a Halloween party that happens to have a wedding. We opted for mocktails and non-alcoholic drinks and they were a big hit with us and our guests. The food truck on site was amazing as was the cake Mariana helped us order. The entire night went so smoothly and we didn’t have to worry about a single item and got to really enjoy our wedding and time with our guests. There aren’t enough words to express just how wonderful everything was and we cannot imagine how our day might have gone had we chosen any other venue. Truly a perfect experience.”

“We got married in April here and it was amazing! The venue is beautiful and there is a lot of space. My planner, Madison, was very helpful during the process and would answer any questions I had. Our coordinators Janeen and Jackie were awesome! They helped make the day flow perfectly and if we needed anything they were on top of it! The DJ was great as well and was included in the package. The only compliant I have was that they ran out of food even though less people showed up then in our final guest count. We got the steak option and it was delicious but the portions they gave out were small and they somehow still ran out...”

“Hiring Manny was probably the best decision we could've made for our wedding day. We happened to snag a free engagement photoshoot from him while he was traveling in our area, and we didn't expect to book him for our wedding because he lived out of state, so we assumed that flying him out would be too expensive. However, when we were looking for DC-based photographers, we weren't finding anyone who had the bright, joyful style that we saw in Manny's photos, and all the local photographers were SO expensive anyway. So, we decided to reach out to Manny to see if we could work something out, and thank goodness we did!! Manny helped create a custom package that worked within our budget, and then he exceeded all of his promises anyway. He delivered more photos than promised, faster than promised. The night of our wedding, he had posted a cute informal video compilation on his Instagram (we hadn't purchased videography). He had sneak peeks ready ahead of schedule, and there were so many! He surprised us with a second shooter (a friend of his who is also a wedding photographer), polaroids, and even some drone photography of our venue. Best of all, the photos were absolutely beautiful. They captured every important moment, and everything looked just as beautiful and joyful as they felt on that day. The editing was flattering without being overdone. For example, my wife and I both had slightly different shades of white outfits--mine being ivory and hers being pure white--and I can tell from the guest photos that that didn't photograph well, with the bright August sun creating a blue light effect on the pure white outfit. But, Manny obviously took the time to edit every photo painstakingly, because his photos still look perfect. We cherish every one of them and have looked at them again and again. My wife's parents (who are very particular) were so impressed with the photos that they've also considered booking him for future anniversary shoots. I think the most important thing I can say about Manny is that he obviously loves his job. With the kind of happiness that he radiates and the way he goes above and beyond without being asked, you can just see that this is more than work to him. He loves to celebrate love. “Kaity did a great job, especially considering all the uncertainty of bad weather (my ceremony was outdoors) we had to all deal with. She always had an upbeat and positive attitude the whole time, which I know can be very difficult to do around my family. She definitely would just roll with all the punches to keep us on track. I was anxious the entire day, but Kaity reassured me that she had everything under control and I knew I could trust her. She even went out of her way to get me and my husband little care packages on the day of, with inspiring notes. The only hiccups I actually noticed was with announcements and speeches, because the volume and echo was not great, so people didn't know when things were actually happening, so I wish we could've told the DJ sooner to fix the issue. We had also wanted to have our dinners boxed up, because my husband and I were both too anxious and excited to really eat, so our food ended up being thrown away, plus we didn't receive the top tier of our wedding cake to save for the tradition thing (but my guess is because they served it all to the guests). Unfortunately, at the end of the night, we were super rushed to get everything out of the building, because of the time and the pouring rain- I was running around barefoot in my dress while my husband was passed out in the car, and I was one of the few trying to get everything packed and cleaned up. However, Kaity and her husband really helped us out by collecting all the left items and holding onto them for us until the next day. She kept in contact, since at least a month beforehand, to make sure we had everything in order and sent her all the vendor contacts , so she could be included with all the day-of plans. She really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the best day possible, and I really appreciated that from her. I would definitely hire her again.”

“We absolutely ADORE Carlos Ramirez and his Photo Booth Assistant, Sofia! It was sheer luck that we found him, and he was absolutely perfect in every way. Carlos made contact with us regularly, walked us through how to use the Vibo app, worked with our venue coordinators at Crystal Ballroom at the Rice (Alexis Kent), worked with our planners at Whimsical Creative (Jen Molina), had a week-of call to finalize details and asked us all the right questions, listened to all our needs, and gave great suggestions for things that made our night special that never would have even occurred to us! Oh… and the lighting he provided in the ballroom was spectacular! Our venue and planner are even adding him to their preferred vendor list, which makes me so happy to know. I really can’t praise Carlos and Sofia enough! They read the crowd with perfect accuracy. The dance floor was never empty, and the photo booth was in constant use. Our guests had an absolute blast! Carlos is not only a great artist but now a new friend.
