This includes sampling freshly made cakes and savory buttercreams that will excite your tastebuds. On the big day we will carefully deliver your cake to be picture perfect!!

    My Sugar Wishes was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding cake and desserts. From our first consultation, the owner was a quick responder, easy to work with, and had a very laid-back communication style that put us at ease. We had been looking forward to their cake for over a year, and it did not disappoint - it was absolutely delicious! The quality of their work and value was exceptional. From the initial consultation to the wedding day, we appreciated everything they did to ensure our desserts were perfect. We would highly recommend My Sugar Wishes to any couple planning their wedding.

    We are deeply disappointed with how our wedding cakes turned out. We ordered two cakes—one for the bride and one for the groom. During our final tasting, we specifically requested that the bride's cake be made less sweet. Unfortunately, on our wedding day, we received the exact opposite: the bride's cake was overwhelmingly sweet, even sweeter than before. Multiple guests commented on how overly sugary it was, and most of the cake ended up being thrown away uneaten. This was not only a waste of a significant amount of money, but also a letdown on what should have been a perfect day. When we brought this to the vendor's attention, their response left us feeling unheard and undervalued as customers. It's frustrating that our clear instructions were not only ignored but seemingly reversed. While the groom's German chocolate cake was excellent and guests devoured every slice, this only added to our disappointment. We had paid considerably more for the bride's cake, expecting it to be the centerpiece dessert, yet it was the less expensive groom's cake that everyone enjoyed. The contrast between what we paid for and what we received feels incredibly unfair. We expected better attention to detail and customer service, especially for such an important occasion.

This unique flavor was a fun cake to make, and I can understand your disappointment if it didn’t match your expectations. I always aim to deliver a great experience, and am heartbroken when I don’t meet a client’s desires. As you can see in other reviews, My Sugar Wishes is known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our customers. I can’t fix the past but please accept my sincerest apologies. I will definitely use this feedback moving forward.
