Long before this space became Archival Brewing, it used to be a sprawling golf course and club house. Transformed to what it is today, a Brewery with a beautiful view. There are four cornhole courts and two bocce ball courts. Seating for up to 100 but plenty of space for more to roam. Archival Brewing prides itself in its historic brews. The Red Barn, built in 1910 by Mike’s great-grandparents Ernest and Helen Faling, was inherited by Mike in the 1980s. He transformed it into a home where he raised his three daughters. On August 6, 2016, Mike’s oldest daughter held her wedding on the property, inspiring the creation of a wedding and lodging venue. Named "Little Flower Barn" (from "Fiorillo," meaning "Little Flower"), the venue honors the family heritage. In early 2019, Mike and his partner Sarah remodeled the Red Barn to accommodate 17 guests, constructed a reception barn for 300 guests, and added a pond-side amphitheater garden. Little Flower Barn offers a beautiful, functional backdrop for events.

The only private event space offered at Founders, The Centennial Room features a fully-staffed bar with eight taps (including one nitro tap), and can accommodate groups up to 65 seated (with additional seating for 50 on the deck.) Located on the second story of our facility, the room has a small lounge area with comfortable leather chairs and two walls of windows - east and south-facing - looking out over the city of Grand Rapids. Our wraparound porch connects to the event space via two glass-garage doors. The room is outfitted with three large flat-screen televisions and a retractable projector screen for PowerPoint or video presentations. A podium with a microphone can be available for any speeches or group announcements. The Centennial Room can be booked in 3-hour minimum blocks. Additional time can be added at a price per-hour charge if available.
