Yes, we offer complimentary self-parking for all event guests.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, and linens.
Your reservation includes eight hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $100 per hour.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 40 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.
Our building is located 3.2 miles away from Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport in Kalamazoo, Michigan. You can reach our venue by our scheduled airport shuttle services, or public transportation.
