“The team at Sunset Event Space was incredibly responsive and easy to work with from start to finish. Their communication kept us informed every step of the way, which made the planning process smooth. The food was phenomenal and our guests couldn't stop talking about it. However, the venue itself fell short of what we were hoping for. The space has a corporate feel with ceiling tiles, bland carpeting, and poor lighting that doesn't match the elegance of a wedding. We wish they had invested more in wedding-specific decor and design, as the bones are there but the atmosphere needs work. If they transformed the space with thoughtful touches, they'd likely have a waiting list.”

“From the very first time we stepped foot inside Hermann Hill, we knew it was going to be special. Becki gave us a tour and all we could think about was how beautiful it was. When we walked outside and the groom saw the river bluff, it was a done deal and he said we had to get married there. Roxanne became our wedding coordinator and to say she was truly amazing is an understatement. She kept us in the loop, kept our heads above water when it felt like there was so much to do, and continued to keep us excited throughout the entire planning process. The day of the wedding, Roxanne was so upbeat and fun and did amazing with the set up. She truly was a treasure. We will never be able to thank the amazing work everyone did, from Roxanne, to the amazing chef, and to all the staff that we didn’t get to meet. All of you made our wedding day PERFECT.
