All Occasion Banquet Center is a full service event venue located in St. Charles, Missouri. With 2 large rooms, our venue is a great spot for your next event. We specialize in wedding receptions and have been helping couples plan their special day for over 30 years! One of our rooms would also be a great space for your next big birthday or baby shower. Our coordinators will walk you through the whole process, making sure this is the wonderful event you have been dreaming of.

We offer 2 rooms, the Ivy and Rose rooms. - The Ivy Room: Our Ivy Room seats up to 150 guest with a minimum of 80 guests (60 on non-Saturdays). - The Rose Room: Our Rose Room seats up to 275 guests and a minimum of 170 guests (125 on non-Saturdays). At your event, our experienced event planners give you the opportunity to focus on the items you find the most memorable and fun. While allowing our staff to tend to the items you find not-so important.

We offer two banquet rooms: -The Ivy Room requires payment for 80 guests (lowered to 60 guests on non-Saturday evenings) and seats up to 150 guests. -The Rose Room requires payment for 170 guests (lowered to 125 guests on non-Saturday evenings) and seats up to 275 guests -Minimum headcounts apply only to our full-service packages and do NOT apply to our meeting room rental packages
To lock in your date, we require a $500 deposit to book your full-service event, which is non-refundable. For the Ivy Room, an additional non-refundable $500 deposit is required 3 months prior to your event. When booking the Rose Room for a non-Saturday evening event, an additional non-refundable $1000 deposit is required 3 months prior to your event. When booking the Rose Room for a Saturday evening, an additional non-refundable $2000 deposit is required 3 months prior to your event.
We require an initial $500 non-refundable deposit and an additional non-refundable deposit (amounts outlined in the above question) 3 months prior to your event. These deposits get applied to your final balance, but are non-refundable. Clients are more than welcome to make additional payments if they so choose! The remaining balance or final payment is due in full 2 weeks before your event.
We accept cash, check, money order, cashier’s check, major credit/debit cards. However, credit/debit cards are assessed an additional 2.3% processing fee when swiped in person or a 3.3% processing fee when processed over the phone.
Of course, Yes!!! We pride ourselves in serving incredible food and offer our clients a chance to sample our menu prior to booking an event with us. Tastings are by reservation only and are open to 2 people per reservation. Plus, they’re totally free!
