“Easiest planning process, most beautiful venue, and the best vendors & staff!!! Secret Garden was a bit higher than our original budget, but it was 100% worth every penny. We planned our wedding from out of state, and actually booked our date without even seeing the venue! But it was a breeze working with the SG team; we never felt overwhelmed especially with the planning binder they mailed us. All planning details, vendors, payments, zoom calls, EVERYTHING was so easy and organized. There were moments where we forgot we had a wedding coming up because Secret Garden staff took all the stress off us. Rehearsal was a breeze, then our wedding day was so beautiful and ran so smoothly!! The staff (especially our day-of coordinator Stephanie) made sure we all had everything we needed and more- they even surprised us with a framed photo of me and my new hubby on our sweetheart table!!! They must have secretly snapped a pic while we were walking down the aisle and quickly printed. The little details like that really made our day perfect. The house & outdoor venue beauty speak for themself, and our guests raved to us about the ceremony space, delicious food & dinner under the stars as well as loving the indoor-outdoor setting. “I can not say enough good things about this venue and their team. We live in Illinois and they did such a good job of providing all the info we needed via meetings and emails that kept us organized and on track. They also take care of so much on their end so we could focus on personalizing the little things to make it unique. Anytime we had a question we could call or text and would get a timely response. Everyone was so kind and accommodating and easy to work with. Doing the wedding planning process long distance seems stressful that they made it as easy as possible. As for the day of the wedding, the presentation of everything far exceeded in my already high hopes and expectations. The venue is beautiful and very well taken care of, They did such a great job arranging everything and making everything go smoothly. Everyone loved the food, The day of coordinators were on top of everything, All of the vendors that they work with are so great and know each other so it all went perfect. Every aspect of this venue and the people who work there are so great! I couldn’t recommend them enough and we are sad we can’t go there again! Shoutout to our captain Claudia, our day of coordinators Kelly and Jessica, Katie who helped set us up, Riley, and Mallorie during the virtual planning appointments and Chef Nick, Monica, and Sarah. The Urban Grove is a private exclusive home estate surrounded by citrus trees and date palms located in a historic citrus grove dating back to the early 1920's. Our event space is very versatile and adaptable for any type of event, from bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, weddings, cooking classes, meeting space and photoshoot/film location the possibilities are endless. Our gorgeous colonial Spanish building features beautiful terra-cotta clay tiles, with exposed wood beams and a round dining room with several arches. The outdoor space has a large covered patio with overhead lighting, bistro lighting including rustic farm tables/chairs. We also have a private little guest house on the property with its own bathroom as well as a private room/bathroom.

Sabrina and Sarah were always available for questions and flexible, taking so much stress off of me as the type A bride with a specific vision in mind. Our wedding was in March, so the citrus trees were in full bloom and smelled incredible for our day. The main reason we chose Urban Grove (besides being in love with the beauty of the property) was the flexibility of being able to bring in outside vendors. Sarah and Sabrina are like-minded foodies with great taste, and made incredible recommendations for our caterer and cake maker. They pour a lot of love into maintaining a gorgeous property that made for the most romantic and beautiful wedding possible - I would do it over and over again if I could!”
