    Amazing!

    The team at Boyce Thompson Arboretum was fast, efficient, and competent in their communication throughout the entire wedding planning process. The quality of their work and value was great - we absolutely loved everything they did for our special day. The photos we got were amazing and truly showcased the natural beauty of the arboretum. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to host our wedding.

    Excellent venue!

    We had a beautiful and wonderful wedding there! Lovely pictures that we will cherish forever.

Yes, the client may bring their own alcohol. Hard liquor must be served by a licensed bartender. Legal restrictions regarding underage drinking will be strictly enforced and BTA does not allow shots. Boyce Thompson Arboretum assumes no responsibility or liability for underage drinking and reserves the right to ask an entire private party to leave if unlawful activity is observed. Alcohol & Bar service must conclude 30 minutes prior to the scheduled conclusion of the event..

Yes, complimentary guest parking is included with all of our wedding packages.
Yes, the majority of our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also can provide additional ADA accommodations upon request.
Your reservation includes 5 hours for the event plus 1 hour of set up and 1 hour of clean up time. Any additional time will be billed in alignment with the spaces rented.
Deposits are nonrefundable and the entire rental fee must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to the event. The client must submit cancellations in writing to BTA no later than 31 days before the contracted event date. Cancellations received after the 31-day window of the contracted event date will be handled accordingly: - 15-30 Days Notice – 25% of the rental fee will be charged - 5-14 Days Notice – 50% of the rental fee will be charged - 1-4 Days Notice – 100% of the rental fee will be charged
The Arboretum is located in Superior, Arizona. The closest airport is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport which is located about an hour away. Rideshare services do not serve the arboretum so we recommend alternative modes of transportation.
All wedding clients must provide a certificate of insurance 14 days before their contracted wedding date. The certificate of insurance must include the following: - Clients must list Boyce Thompson Southwestern Arboretum as an additionally insured party - $1,000,000 in liability coverage - $100,000 in damage to premises rented coverage - $5,000 Medical Expense Limit Any vendors used by wedding clients will also be required to provide proof of insurance. BTA staff can assist with guidance in the acquisition of insurance.
