Mt Lemmon Hotel

We were very excited to book a cabin online for 10 family members to celebrate a very special family occasion in the Summerhaven Sky Cabin. We paid full fees and everyone secured days off from work only to get a text from an unknown number over a week later that they were not going to accommodate our booking and were issuing a refund. I wasn't even sure if the text was legitimate until I checked my credit card account to be sure a refund was issued. No real explanation or apology, only a promise for a discount on a future booking as if I would even trust booking again when so many people were put out and disappointed. The lack of customer service and care needs to be known if you are planning on a special event with this venue. Buyer beware!

Great cabin with everything we needed! Close drives to lots of trails for relatively new hikers. Will be coming back again!

We had a wonderful experience!! We have stayed in a standard cabin and most recently in the Tucson Ski Cabin. Both times the cabins were clean, well stocked, and furnished well. The staff was excellent at communicating with us when we had questions. They also informed the Tucson Ski Cabin was ready for check in earlier than expected which may not always be the case so it was nice they informed us. The directions they gave us to get to the Tucson Ski Cabin were clear and very helpful. That cabin is nice for a family or group, and the deck offers a wonderful view. The standard cabin was nice for just two of us, and located so that Summerhaven was easy to walk around. Both times were enjoyable and we look forward to booking these cabins again!!

This location is perfect on Mt Lemmon, checking in and out instruction were clear, communication with hotel is great even we booked through third party. The whole cabin was clean and well-prepared for guests. Set up is great. Only things is that cabins with pets needs a little walk from steep parking lots, on this side of cabins only have 2 lots, which were taken. Good walking distance to restaurants and little stores. Short drive to ski place. We had a good stay there and enjoyed the weather a lot. Hotel price is a little pricey, but understandable as they send garbage and laundry to Tucson. Also, not many competition for hotel stay on this mountain.
