About this venue
Book your event at Agua Linda and take advantage of our beautiful outdoor spaces; Large, open reception yard with permanent cafe lights flanked by flower beds, adobe structures with incredible mountain/pasture views; Tree covered yard offering natural shade perfect for family gatherings or wedding ceremonies; Fantastic photo ops everywhere - pastures dotted with horses and cattle, splashing fountain, flowers, lush, green gardens, giant cotton wood, mulberry and mesquite trees, fired adobe and red-tile roof hacienda - so Arizona!

Your deposit is due at the time of booking. and is non-refundable and non-transferrable. You are welcome to make payments along the way, but all payments and non-refundable. 50% of balance is owed in the event of cancellation 120 days prior or less. Balance is due 30 days prior.
As with any small business, we prefer checks and money orders or cash to avoid expensive card processing fees, however, we can also take credit/debit cards or invoice you via PayPal if that is your preference.
We will make sure that someone is in the front directing people where to park 20 minutes before your ceremony. If your guests need to drop of an elderly or handicapped person, they should tell the parking attendant who will direct them where to drop folks off before parking.
This is an outdoor venue with uneven ground, however, there are no stairs to navigate. Bathrooms are pre-existing and not wheelchair accessible so, if that is something you require, we need to be notified at least a month prior (when your headcount is due) so that we can arrange a portable unit brought in.
We have plenty of space for event tents. Ask us to reserve a weather contingent tent - no cost. You would need to make final decision a week prior and you would assume the rental and installation cost. There is no indoor space available to move reception.
