Chef Tara is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY. She has lifelong experience & was raised in the food industry. Growing up in the family's restaurants and summer resort businesses gives her well rounded expertise in both front & back of the house. Chef is well versed in many international cuisine styles and personally speaks to each client to create a custom menu for your wedding/event. Chef does not offer a limited list of items to chose from or a limited option of packages for catering. Each event and menu is unique.

I am 27 years Old. I started “To Go For Your Soul” in 2020. I am passionate about cooking and have been cooking for 12 years now. Food for many of us is Community, Gathering, Celebration, & Relief. It is a very important part of any occasion especially in the world of weddings. In reality amongst all other tasks, it can be very stressful to plan an event and focus of feeding you and your guests.
