“We hired Arthur to DJ our September 2023 wedding, and I can’t recommend him enough! He was very professional and organized and it made planning really easy and stress-free! He did such a great job gauging the crowd and played a variety of different music – all generations loved! I had a few specific song requests including some traditional Italian songs that he made sure to include. Guests were on the dance floor all night! I got so many comments during and after the wedding on how much fun guests had. The photobooth was also such a hit! I loved being able to get a copy of all the photos to look at with my husband after! He also included a free video reel of the wedding - it was such a nice touch! My husband and I love watching it ! “The Hook Club is the absolute best decision you can make when hiring music for your wedding or event! My husband and I are musicians ourselves and the bar was set high for the music at our wedding, we knew we had to impress! We didn't want the typical wedding band, we knew The Hook Club would stand out above the rest and we couldn't have been more right! We hired "THC" back in 2019 when we were engaged and sadly the pandemic had changed our plans. Even in February, 2021, our wedding was still restricted. We did get married but had to cancel our party. We postponed to 2022 but then found out we were pregnant with our son. We weren't sure after having our baby if a party was still in the cards for us but truly, the one thing we were holding onto was being able to dance with all our family and friends with The Hook Club! We decided to finally go through with our postponed reception TWO years later in February, 2023 and we couldn't be happier that we did. “My friend hired and coordinated with Luis from lionizing entertainment as a DJ for our engagement party in July. It was our first time meeting him at the party and from the beginning he was professional and personable. He made sure we had the type of music we wanted and kept people dancing. We were so happy with his services so we decided to hire him to DJ our wedding this past weekend as well. We originally had a summer wedding planned and decided to move it up sooner. Luis was so flexible and understanding when we reached out about the date change and we were still able to work with him for our new date. Throughout the planning process Luis was super responsive whenever we needed anything and he would check in to make sure we didn’t have any questions and he was more than prepared for our big day. “Denise is amazing! During our DJ search for our wedding, my (now) husband and I came across Denise very early in our search. And I’m so happy that we did! Faced with the fact that we needed to find someone who would get (and keep) both of our dance-happy families on the dance floor, it was daunting to find the perfect fit for us and for the celebration to follow. She was our hype-lady from day one, working with our schedules from planning to the meticulous execution of the wedding day. We had to postpone our wedding due to the pandemic, but throughout it all the band was so flexible and accommodating. Planning a wedding on an island comes with additional challenges, but they were easy to work with in securing their accommodations and ferry reservations (i.e. they did it all). George was professional, responsive and supportive. After the wedding, they even DJ’d music at the after party and kept the energy pumping into the night.
