We are Carli & Hamilton Dixon, artists and business owners in downtown Dayton for nearly a decade, and residents of downtown for over two decades. The Brightside is located in the 905 E. Third Street building, which was 18,000 sq. ft. filled with abandoned clothes and trash when we purchased it. But over the last 10 years, we have worked to clean it out, restore all of its services, and renovate it to become Dayton's newest music & event venue. The Art Association of Henry County, Inc. is a diverse group supporting the enrichment of the community in its enjoyment of culture and creativity. The Art Association operates a Not for Profit Corporation housing art galleries, art instruction classrooms for youth, adult and college level, and consists of a complex of facilities including an outdoor venue for concerts, festivals, classes and Arts Park and Gardens. Black Walnut Grove Estate is located on a historic family farm in West College Corner, Indiana just a few minutes west of Oxford, Ohio. This beautiful country estate features a historic 19th-century farmhouse, a rustic timber frame, post and beam constructed barn with hand-hewn wood throughout, and a mid-century two-bedroom guest cabin. Although the house and barn are no longer part of a functioning farm, the current owner has transformed the 11-acre grounds into a cozy and elegant venue, complete with plenty of vintages and rustic charm, for weddings and other events.

The Loft on Isanogel is one of the oldest barns in the area, beautifully restored. Once the home of Camp Isanogel, a summer camp for those with special needs, The Loft is a source of history and pride for the owners, Harry and Karen Holding. They raised their children just around the corner from the summer camp and enjoyed driving by and seeing the joy and hearing the laughter from the children at the camp throughout the many years the camp was in business. They are beyond happy to now see the smiles from the happy couples who have chosen to say their “I dos” on this one-of-a-kind, breathtaking property.

Please contact us on our website or email us directly. We first used our barn for our daughter's wedding because she wanted to have her magical day in the barn and backyard she grew up in. During our wedding, guests kept telling us "what a great idea to use this for a wedding". We had our first Big Barn Venue wedding in 2018 and we continued to book more dates throughout the wedding season. Our barn does not have heating or air so we cannot accommodate much farther outside of the months of June - October. Our brides, grooms, family and friends that have visited the barn for a wedding have truly enjoyed the country scenery we offer and also the amount of space the wedding has to use for a reception and ceremony. Photographers love the fields and they enjoy using almost all of the 200 acres for beautiful photos and videos.

At Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park & Museum we are ready to take your day from special to unforgettable. Surrounded by art and nature, our unique event spaces are the perfect setting for all your celebrations. Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park Museum is a 300+ acre outdoor sculpture park and indoor museum founded by Harry T. Wilks in 1997. Pyramid Hill is a 501(c)3 not for profit museum whose mission is to “Bring People to Art in Nature.” The vision is to inspire and educate our diverse visitors in a world renowned setting of art and nature and to be a catalyst for dialog, collaboration and contemplation. The event space must be reserved in advance and is booked on a first come, first serve basis. Reservations can be made by contacting the Event Sales Manager to hear more about the three venues, and ample outdoor ceremony options.

We have 4 beautiful banquet rooms that over look the golf course. With a covered patio called the terrace room. All the rooms open up to each other. We can hold up to 175 guests. We provide all catering through our in house chef. We provide all services, food, bar, set-up, tear down, linens, napkins and China, staffing and bartenders. All you have to bring is a DJ, dessert, photographer, minister, and florist. We also provide you with an event coordinator for the entire day. Along with rehearsal scheduled the day before your wedding.
