Four Winds Farm is a family-run boutique events space that centers around an antique barn. The barn is decked out with antique decor and has two large fireplaces to help create a cozy New England late summer/autumn wedding atmosphere. Four Winds Farm is over 300 acres of land in Southern New Hampshire including forests, rolling hillsides, mountain-views, a wetland walking trail, and all the fall foliage your guests can handle. Our barn was converted from housing animals to being a center for theater and productions in the early 1900s and features a fantastic backdrop from a 1920's production. It is lit up with market lights and optional lanterns. We provide round tables and chairs to be set up however you choose, and we can accommodate whatever vendors and catering you prefer. We offer overnight lodging in our Hill House and Log Cabin as an additional package, and we include adjacent summer cottage rooms for your bridal prep. It was originally built as a stucco home, in what was an area of parceled farms. Over time, the house was expanded and was eventually converted into a stone estate. The house fell into disrepair and in 1994, came into our guardianship. We have been working ever since to return it to its former glory. Stonehouse, with its arched windows, and open porches, would serve as a picturesque backdrop for any function. We have a luxurious indoor space that accommodates 70 guests. For weddings exceeding 70 guests your even takes place in a pristine Century Pole tent. *Stonehouse On The Hill requires you book one of our approved caterers for food and beverages for your event.*

Kathy and John chased a dream to move to Vermont and start a farm, having had careers as science teachers in the Philadelphia area. Kathy had attended University of Vermont, fell in love with the state, and vowed to return one day. John left teaching to take his lifelong organic gardening passion to the next level. They looked at a number of farms across southern Vermont, and when they found the Farm at Williams River House, they knew they had found someplace really special – a front row view of Fox Chair Mountain, verdant green hayfields, timeless stone walls and split rail fences, and a stately home dating back to the time of our nation’s founding! They were home, and they wanted to share this magical and romantic space with others.

Boorn Brook Farm is a private estate in Manchester Center, Vermont, nestled between the Green Mountains and the Taconic Range, located just outside of charming Manchester Village. Once the country estate and studio of famed painter and fly fishing enthusiast Ogden Minton Pleissner, Boorn Brook Farm has been restored to its original splendor. Situated on over 70 acres of open meadows and old apple orchards with stunning views, Boorn Brook Farm is protected by The Green Mountain National Forest, yet still within 5 minutes of downtown Manchester Center.

Ventfort Hall is an imposing Jacobean Revival-style mansion built in 1893 for Sarah Morgan, the sister of JP Morgan. Our space, while very glamorous, is still a work in progress. As such, we only rent the renovated first floor and grounds of the mansion for private events.
