About this venue

Ventfort Hall is an imposing Jacobean Revival-style mansion built in 1893 for Sarah Morgan, the sister of JP Morgan. Our space, while very glamorous, is still a work in progress. As such, we only rent the renovated first floor and grounds of the mansion for private events.

Yes.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main entrance and hearing-impaired fire alarm lights.
If liquor is to be served to the public, a permit has to be secured from the Town of Lenox for your event. This costs $25 per event and has to be applied for three weeks in advance. Our event coordinator will assist you with this process. A licensed bartender or caterer is required to serve the liquor and has to be named on the application.
