With our featured Mountain View ceremony site w/ 10 sixteen foot long benches and arbor included, just a few minutes up a scenic gravel road. This property has so much to offer. We are a DIY Venue giving you the freedom to make this space uniquely yours. We welcome outside fully insured vendors and happy to refer preferred vendors as well. Located on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, the view makes Brewster a popular location for weddings. If you are planning on a smaller, intimate wedding you may choose to rent out the Pinckney Boathouse only. If you are having a larger gathering you have the option of renting the boathouse and the adjacent field. Included in your rental fee with the Pinckney Boathouse are tables and chairs. We do not supply tables and chairs for outdoor events. **Please note, Brewster only hosts weddings from June-August**
