Originally built in the early 1900s for luxury faucet manufacturing, the 22,000 square foot warehouse sat empty for decades. The creative potential of the location caught our eye, and in 2016, we went to work to renovate the building. As event vendors ourselves, we designed The Madison to be the best parts of every cool venue we’ve ever worked from Seattle to New York City and Chicago to the Caribbean. In 2018, we reopened the restored space The Madison. We quickly gained acclaim from the area’s top event planners, community collaborators, and even local professional athletes. Ariel International Center is a renovated 100-year old historic, rustic red brick building, with large windows, elegant chandeliers, high wood ceilings and earth tone wall colors. 78th Street Studios is the largest art and design complex in Northeast Ohio, featuring 170,000 square feet of art galleries, artist studios, performance spaces, and five unique event venues. Like many mammoth warehouses found in Cleveland, visitors can find original hardwood floors, metal track doors, large industrial windows and old freight elevators. Five fun facts about the Lake Erie Building: 1. We were originally built to be Templar Motors back in 1917. There were less than 3,000 of these cars ever manufactured and if you look carefully, you may even be able to spot one while in the event space! 2. Omni Lakewood purchased the building in 2005 and now manages the building, which has been divided into individual suites that are home to over 100 businesses. 3. The west parking lot where our dock is located used to be a test track for Templar Motors. 4. We host only one event per weekend and give our clients access beginning on Wednesday so they can bring in all their personal touches! We also only require cards and gifts go with them that night and everything else can stay giving you more time to spend with your new spouse! 5. We include a private parking lot and have a huge municipal lot across the street that's available to guests. (If you know of Lakewood, you know parking is a hot commodity)

Our delivery gives customers a unique, enjoyable experience in a friendly and interactive way. We have portable wood-fired ovens that we travel to your event with and allow guests to watch the gourmet food be cooked right in front of them. Our concept gives us the ability to tailor our food to individuals’ preferences at the time of the event and can cater to specific needs. We continuously strive to create a one-of-a-kind experience for our customers and leave them satisfied, but wanting more.

After more than 100 years, this historic venue has been restored to its former glory and updated to a cutting-edge concert and event venue unlike any other. With a max capacity of 2,000 guests, The Agora Theatre is a versatile event space featuring a tiered main floor, seated balcony, opera boxes, safe and secure onsite parking, and world-class production capabilities. The Agora Ballroom is a 500-capacity event space with its own stage, sound, and lighting as well as the original neon sign that has become synonymous with The Agora name. Ideal for smaller groups, cocktail receptions, or VIP space for larger events, The Agora Ballroom has been renovated from head-to-toe to create intimate concert and event experiences.

1020 Collective is a multi-faceted art and event space located in downtown Erie, PA. We aim to elevate our community through exhibiting their works, their words, and offering space to express themselves. We hope to build on Erie’s rich community and history, while maintaining our mission of supporting living artists and creatives. We have two rental spaces, our upstairs gallery for more intimate settings like showers and smaller weddings and the downstairs event space for larger gatherings like receptions and elaborate ceremonies.
