“We had an amazing experience with DJ Brian for our wedding! He was fantastic both as our DJ and MC and we felt like everything was handled so seamlessly throughout the day. For our ceremony, he coordinated directly with our coordinator to make sure the processional and ceremony timing went smoothly. We also had specific songs we wanted played at specific moments throughout the wedding and he nailed all of those cues. One of the highlights was our Battle of the Brothers game during the reception. We had a specific idea for how we wanted the game to work, but we didn't even have to walk him through how to engage the crowd — he immediately knew how to host it and keep everyone involved. Our guests were incredibly engaged and it ended up being one of the most fun moments of the reception. For the dancing, while he didn't end up playing every song we had specifically requested, there was someone on the dance floor pretty much the entire night, which says a lot about how well he read the room! He was professional, easy to work with, and did a great job keeping the energy going while also making sure the important moments of the evening happened smoothly. We’re so glad we chose him for our wedding and would definitely recommend him!”

The team was professional, great at communication, very kind and professional, and they helped make our day absolutely perfect! Jeff, our DJ kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT!! When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He did a great job announcing the events of the night, made sure that our ceremony music was perfect, and he stuck to our wedding playlist with the exception for a couple guest requests (which we were happy to allow). We were so happy and thankful to have Jeff there! Sie, our videographer also did a wonderful job! We have not yet received our video as our wedding was less than 2 weeks ago, but I already know it is going to be amazing. He was so great with communication, was prompt with his timing, and he even set up a second camera for guests to break away and give us well wishes for our marriage, which I'm so excited to watch back. He was very professional and wonderful to work with. We decided to add videography at the last minute because we thought we might regret not having it, and I am SO happy we asked Jim at Direct Entertainment if they had someone available for our day just a month before, and they did!! Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. Overall, we would 1000% recommend Direct Entertainment for any wedding entertainment needs! “Every time someone asks me what the highlight of our wedding was, I laugh — because as much as I loved each moment that I spent with my new husband, the real answer is THE BAND. From the second those opening chords of “Hot To Go” hit, I genuinely felt like I had died and gone to heaven. The energy was unreal. The dance floor was packed, the vibe was electric, and it was everything I had dreamed of and more. The lead singers were not only exceptionally talented, but also so kind, warm, and gracious. I have a musical background, and after a martini, I felt brave enough to join this marvelous band on stage, and they made me feel like an absolute rockstar (even though I’m quite sure I didn’t sound like one). You know him as DJ Casanova, but around the office, we just call him Jamie. “Jason was great throughout the whole process! He was great at communicating and making sure he had all of the songs that we wanted (and didn’t) throughout the night. He also did a great job at adjusting the songs played based off of what our guests responded well to so people were on the dance floor all the time which I loved!! He collected a bunch of photos from us and displayed them on a screen that’s built into his DJ booth (I don’t know what it’s called) and many guests came up to us to specifically tell us that they loved seeing our pictures of us and our relationship as well as pics of us growing up. It’s something I don’t even think of doing, but Jason offered and I’m so glad he did! He also set up a photo booth that was very popular. He was great at making sure that things that I needed were just taken care of and went out of his way to coordinate with my wedding planner and kept me in the loop which I appreciated. We had a ton of kids at our wedding and he did a great job at playing clean (and popular) music that wasn’t raunchy. If I have any other events I’ll be sure to book Jason and I’d highly recommend him to any of my friends and family!”

Jordan was amazing during the entire planning process, he always replied in a timely manner and made every little request I had seem like no biggie and made it happen! He provides access to an online portal (extremely cool!!) which gives you the opportunity to give him a general idea of the type of music you want and keeps things extremely organized...Now more importantly, he literally had the crowd on the dance floor the ENTIRE time... and I’m not exaggerating. (People were texting me days later that they’re sore from dancing the whole night!) He is able to read the crowd and deliver. Its been a few months since the wedding and I STILL receive compliments about the DJ - how incredible the music was and how awesome his lighting work was. If you want the best of the best, you’ve found it!!”

“Kelton from Marquee Artists is awesome - he killed it dj-ing for the clients, the dance floor was non-stop going nuts the whole time! His demeanor is super low-key and easy going, and he was very easy to work with, which means a lot in this field. Weddings have lots of moving parts and can be chaotic, but having vendors that are kind and willing to work as a team makes the day go a whole lot smoother. The couple had lots of requests for songs in completely different genres, but he managed to keep the party going with no awkward pauses and seamless transitions. I highly recommend hiring him if you want someone that's going to work well with everyone and make sure to light the dance floor on fire!”
