“My husband and I were from out of town and hired Sean to photograph us at a Christmas gala at the place we got married. He was accommodating to last minute changes to make the most of the session and even went above and beyond to make it happen. Upon first impression, he was upbeat and had a vision. We were outside in sub 30 degree weather with fading evening light as well as low light inside a building and he was up for the challenge. We ended up with beautiful images in less than ideal conditions and that is what makes a great photographer. Sean has a sense of humor and an eye for that perfect photograph. “We had the most amazing time working with Ali! We had kind of a long engagement and we initially started working with Ali over a year and a half before our wedding to get our engagement photos done. Not only were the photos beautiful, but Ali made us feel super comfortable and at ease throughout our session. Leading up to our wedding day, Ali was amazing at coordinating the day of timeline with our coordinator and making sure that all the elements that were important to us were included so that we had enough time to capture the moments. One of my favorite things about working with Ali is her calm presence. Every time I was stressed about something in the planning process about the timeline I would talk to Ali and she would immediately make me feel at ease. She was constantly reminding me that the most important thing on my wedding day was to be present with our friends and family (and as a type A bride this was a much-needed reminder!) Ali also came to take photos at our rehearsal dinner and welcome party which was great because she got to know our families and our family dynamics before our big day which was a huge help! On the wedding day Ali and the second shooter Scottie were rockstars! They went above and beyond at every opportunity from helping the boys tie a bow tie, climbing out on my fire escape to get a crazy photo that I had in mind, moving locations at last minute, dealing with rain, helping bustle my dress, and of course capturing all the beauty of our perfect day. “A few things that stood out the most about Isaac were how responsive he was, how he was able to accommodate to our budget, and how he took pictures from angles and views that turned out great on the photos. As a couple with demanding careers, I much appreciated how quickly Isaac was with replying to emails. We had a pretty tight budget, and Isaac was able to offer us a package that landed pretty close to our budget and only had the items that we needed the most (mini engagement photoshoot for the website and wedding day). Our ask for him was to get some candid shots as we feel pretty awkward in front of the camera. I personally think that the wedding day pictures came out more naturally because of the setting being surrounded with friends and families, and Isaac and Sushen did a great job capturing the candid moments beautifully. Isaac even had an idea for me to pose by climbing up a wooden stair ladder for a shot that I honestly wasn't sure how it was going to turn out while doing it, but it ended up turning out beautiful and magazine-like in addition to other ones that he asked us to pose for. Isaac put together a behind the scenes video that also showed the reactions of guests to our photo place cards before we had entered the reception area, and this was lovely in that we got to see our guests' reactions that we weren't able to see.”

“We planned our wedding from all the way across the country (Florida to California) so we already had challenges. From the beginning, the price was great and the photos looked promising, so we decided to go for it and we are so glad we did! Turned out to be well worth it. Michael connected with us immediately, assured us he would make it happen and not to worry about a thing. We communicated over the phone and through email, he always answered every time I called, ready to listen and note my requests. The day of, the photographer Michael booked for us, Michaela Gardener drove hours to be there for our special day and even brought an assistant. She was willing to be hands on all day, treated my children like family and even stayed late to capture extra shots. Her experience shows from her work. Both the DJ and Photographer arrived early to set up and are experienced business owners. The photos are great quality and high resolution. They came out so beautiful, even with our imperfect family and little ones running around, she somehow made us look great. “We had an incredible elopement photography experience with Malachi. My husband and I had been going back and forth on whether to do a "traditional" wedding or an elopement. We were nervous it wouldn't be as "private" with just a photographer and us. But we were so pleasantly surprised by how much fun and laughter we had - Malachi made it such a relaxed environment! He also provided moments/planned with us ahead of time when to give us the space for our vows and reading letters from our friends and family. We felt like he hit a bullseye by blending what we were wanting to shoot in Moab, and what he felt like was feasible for a 4-hour session. He was so knowledgable of the area, and he really made sure all of the boxes were checked before the big day so we were simply waking up and getting ready and could feel 100% excited and 0% stressed.
